The morning was hell. And I mean hell. Riley and her friends pushed me down the stairs and told me to kill myself which was fun, I guess. But I promised Ashton that if anything happened, I'd tell him. The thing was, Sir had my phone. I knew where it was, but he's normally ALWAYS in the class room so it was very hard to get it back. At Lunch, I decided to go and get my phone. I really needed Ashton right now. I ran up the stairs to GEO3 and then as quiet as a mouse, tiptoed along the corridor. I stopped just outside the door, peering through the glass window. There was no sign of Sir. Result!  Slowly, I opened the door and slid in, closing it very softly behind me. I made my way over to his desk. The phones were kept in the 3rd draw on the right hand side of the desk. He'd taken my phone off me many times before so I knew where it was. Not making a sound, I slid the draw open and sure enough, there was my phone. I grabbed the phone and closed the door when all of a sudden, I heard whistling coming from down the corridor. Sir. Shit. I looked around the room in panic, trying to find a place to hide and eventually I settled for the stock cupboard, where all of the stuff was kept. It was very risky seeing as Sir could go in there to get books, paper, anything really. I made it in with a few seconds to spare, sighing with relief. The first thing I did was unlock my phone, of course. My messages app popped up as soon as my finger tapped the small green icon. Frantically, my fingers danced on the keyboard, typing a message to Ashton as quick as possible. As soon as I sent the message, I locked my phone and slid it back into my pocket, now trying to think of an escape plan. Sir was marking some papers from a Year 8 assessment and I knew that I could not get out of there. The only place I could get out was the window, but jumping out of a window was the last thing I needed.

After a while of thinking, I settled on creating a distraction. My plan was to knock on the door but as the stock cupboard was right next to the door of the classroom, Sir would easily think that someone was knocking on the door and running off. He'd then go and report that, allowing myself to escape. So, I inhaled and exhaled, raising my knuckles to the door. I did a soft knock which immediately got Sir up and out of the room. Easier than I thought. Uhm, actually never mind. He came back into the room, probably thinking it was just him (He's pretty old anyway). I did it louder this time, and then he knew it wasn't just him. Unfortunately, there were a group of Year 7s outside the door when he went out and I'm pretty sure that they all got reported and maybe a detention. Whoops. But I escaped, so it's all good.
