"Harin, get your butt out of bed," Siyeon yelled hitting the drowsy girl with a pillow. This emitted a whine from Harin as she brought up the covers to hide her face from her roommate.

"If you don't get up right now, I'm going to splash you with cold water, I'm not joking." Siyeon threatened running a hand through her hair.

Harin grew frustrated at her roommate. After the events that took place the night before, the girl simply wanted to sleep on all of her problems. She had left her at Donghyuck's house saying that she wasn't feeling well. The broken girl couldn't stand to see the pitying looks from her friends at her little breakdown and she definitely didn't think she would be able to face Donghyuck for the second time that night.

"Siyeon, quit bothering me," Harin groaned, "it's Sunday, why do I even have to be up this early?"

"Someone's here to see you." Siyeon stated, finally coming to terms with the fact that the girl wasn't going to budge.

Harin furrowed her brows in her half dozed state.

"Who could be here to see me at seven in the morning?" She questioned, getting up and checking the time on the clock by her nightstand.

Siyeon only smiled in return.

"Go see for yourself."

Harin groaned as she trudged down the little hallway into the living room, occasionally mumbling curses at the devil who found it a good idea to wake her up from her peaceful slumber.

The girl in the Moomin pajama pants gasped upon entering the living room. The sight of the brunet sat on the couch gave her flashbacks of her embarrassing confession as rejection from last night flooded through her veins. She grew dizzy upon meeting eyes with his hazy gaze. He was as harmless as a baby deer, but why did she feel like his stare would be enough to take away her precious life?

Donghyuck stood up consequent to their eyes meeting. He quickly wiped his hands on his black jeans.

"Harin, I need to talk to you," he gulps.

Harin felt a lump forming in her throat as she turned her back at the doe eyed boy, ready to walk away.

"There's nothing to talk about, Donghyuck."

"Yes, there is, I didn't get to explain myself last night," he stated.

"I think you explained yourself pretty well with your silence. Go home, Hyuck." Harin scoffed, heading back to her room, ready to suffocate in her heartbreak.

Donghyuck was quick to grab her porcelain hands causing Harin to halt in her steps.

"I'm sorry for not saying anything," the boy almost whispered.

"I couldn't think of any words last night, I was taken aback... If I'm going to be completely honest, I'm the last person I expected you to fall for-"

"Listen, if you're trying to make me feel better, it's not working," Harin cut him off, starting to walk away once again.

However, Donghyuck's grip was strong, and she hoped he would let go soon for his touch only reminded her of the pain he caused her, the pain he kept causing.

"Let go of my hand," she whimpered, struggling to set herself free of his hold.

The sunkissed boy only let out a frustrated sigh at his inability to form words together.

"What I'm trying to say is that... you said you were in love with me and that makes me concerned because I don't- can't reciprocate."

He finally let's go of Harin's hand and runs a hand through his perfectly disheveled hair. Harin could already feel her face flush as she stared back at the boy who couldn't form words correctly.

"And yesterday, you said you wanted one day where it would just be us... So, I thought, why not spend today together?"

Harin furrowed her brows at his words.

"Hyuck, I was metaphorically speaking," she stated.

Although, a part of her did want that, anything to Harin was better than staying away from the boy she was utterly in love with.

"I know, but imagine how great it would be," he exclaimed while grabbing both of her hands.

"I've never had someone to do couple-y things with, every girl I've been with was simply for skinship. We can actually be a couple today and we can go on dates and hold hands and do anything!"

Harin only stared back at the boy with wide eyes. This wasn't anything like the Donghyuck she knew, the boy in front of her was a whole new person with his widened puppy like eyes.

"You're crazy," the girl bluntly stated.

Donghyuck's previous eagerness seemed to disappear within a flash as he lets go of her hands.

Harin looks at him with loving eyes, before she looks down to shake her head, a faint smile at her lips.

"I can't believe I'm saying this..." She sighed, running  a hand through her hair.

"Let's go do couple-y things today, Hyuck." She finally smiled, showing her pearly whites.

Donghyuck's eyes seemed to light up at the response.

"The next twenty four hours are ours."
