Chani P.O.V
The house where we stayed was pretty small but it was enough for us. Youngkyun's aunt warmly welcomed us and showed us the rooms.
I don't know how it became this way. But there were only two rooms available, so we split by two. Seokwoo and me in one room, and , Youngkyun and Taeyang in the other room.
Me. And. Seokwoo. Alone. In one fcking room. I AM NOT CALM. Why is god doing this to me.
"It's nice here, isn't it?" - Seokwoo interrupted my thoughts
"Yeah, it's pretty nice"
"Isn't it awesome how there were only two rooms? And we ended up in the same room." - Seokwoo said while sitting down on the bed
"Right."
"So we're sleeping together?"
I froze at the question. I was totally flustered. Sleeping together? Did I hear it wrong?
"W-what?" - I stuttered
"Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't mean anything by that" - he was getting red - "I j-just wanted to know if both of us will sleep on the bed or someone will sleep on the couch?"
Ahh you're so stupid Chani.
"W-well, I'm not sure. We'll see later"
*Door knocking*
"Hey~. Let's go out!!" - Youngkyun said cheerfully while coming in our room together with Taeyang
"Let's go let's go" - Seokwoo was also excited
"Where are we going?" - I was curious
"To the beach"
"Why are we going to the beach? It's not even summer."
"We don't have the swim. The view also matters, it's really beautiful." - Youngkyun answered me
"Come on Chani, let's go" - Seokwoo whined
"I didn't say no"
"Yayy!! Let's go!" - Seokwoo and Youngkyun high-fived and went out
"They're like kids" - I said, and Taeyang agreed with me
"There's nothing we can do. Let's go"
We went after Seokwoo and Taeyang.
"Do you even now the way?" - I asked Youngkyun
"Of course I do. I've been here many times"
"Okay then"
The whole way to the beach, Youngkyun and Seokwoo were talking and laughing together. I was mad. I didn't know why but I was mad.
Taeyang and me shared a few words while the other two didn't even close their mouths. They talked and talked. They remembered that we're here too when we got to the beach
"Chani look! Isn't it beautiful?" - Seokwoo asked
"Yes, it is. Very beautiful" - I mumbled
"Are you okay?"
Don't pretend you care lmao.
"Yeah, I'm fine."
Taeyang and Youngkyun were walking around the beach while me and Seokwoo sat down on the sand.
"Chani, have I done something?"
"Nothing."
"Then why are like this?"
"Like what?"
"It's obvious that you're mad"
"I'm not mad."
"You clearly are"
"I'm not mad, but you're clearly having very much fun talking with Youngkyun, who is my best friend, and laughing with him all the time, while you haven't spared me even a glance while we were coming here and I'm your fcking BOYFRIEND" - I said it all without breathing
"Oh, so that was the problem" - he smirked
"Yeah, THAT was the problem"
"It's nice seeing you jealous"
"Nice, go on and make fun of me"
"I won't. Because this isn't something I should make fun of. This is a relationship and we should take it seriously, you know. So, let me clear up something for you, I talked to Youngkyun the whole time because I thought you would be awkward with me, because before i flustered you with the bad, so I wasn't sure if you were comfortable. And next, I'm very sorry for making you feel this way, I tried to make you feel comfortable but it looks like I did the exact opposite. I promise you, I'll never do that again. Forgive me?" - he pouted
"Stupid Seokwoo. Do this one more time and I'm breaking up with you"
He nodded.
"I won't" - he leaned towards me and we were this close to kissing when we heard Youngkyun and Taeyang yelling at each other
"What the heck is going on with them?"
"Honey, you were like that too, few minutes ago"
"Shut up"
Youngkyun and Taeyang's fight was bigger than ours. I don't know what happened but they have to sort this out soon.
"WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS TO ME THE WHOLE MORNING?" - Taeyang yelled at Youngkyun
"TAEYANG I DON'T GET IT. DOING WHAT?"
"The whole day you were ignoring me, talking to Seokwoo, and now even that girl"
"Seriously you're being jealous of Seokwoo? He has boyfriend, Taeyang, a boyfriend"
"I know that very well, but you were too much. Okay, let's leave Seokwoo out, but what was that with the girl?"
"Taeyang, that with the girl was nothing believe me."
"Oh, then why did you hug her?"
"That was because-"
"I DON'T WANT TO LISTEN. I'M LEAVING"
Taeyang walked pass us, Youngkyun tried to go after him, but he decided to leave him alone for a bit.
"Kyunnie, you okay?" - I asked Youngkyun with a concerned look
"I'm okay, Chani, I guess."
"Let's go home, I'm sure Taeyang is going there."
"You go, I'll come later, I need to think."
"Okay, we will go if you want that"
"We will go then" - Seokwoo said to Youngkyun
We left Youngkyun at the beach and headed towards home.
"Will they be okay?"
"They will. Probably"
I'm worried. This is becoming a serious matter. And I don't want my best friend to be heartbroken...
