I was in the cafeteria waiting on Will to get done with surgery, quietly chewing on my nails from anxiety when Dillon ran in looking furious. "Shia I know that name, your mom told me what happened and I finally figured it out, well at least I think." He rambled on. "He was the kid that was obsessed with you on spring break in Florida, on the beach."
"Oh my gosh, yes! I forgot about that. He tried to follow me back to my room, and he pinned me against the wall." I winced bringing back the terrible memory.
He nodded and said, "Yup, and he started trying to kiss you and then me and Will beat the crap out of him."
"Yes, Dill I do remember." I replied.
"So, that means he's gonna try to hurt you again, he already did with the stitches and this time it's going to be worse. We have to do something Shia, once you and Will are all healed up we have to leave, regardless of what your parents do."
I busted out laughing. How could he come up with something so absurd? I wasn't going to leave my friends or family. "No, even if I was with both of ya'll I wouldn't do it, he can't be that bad you're over reacting and you know it. I love you, but I just can't. All Marshall did was stalk me in Florida and not do my stitches, big deal Dillon."
"That's all he did Shia? Well, that's a lot in my book. I'm just trying to protect you and it's kinda weird that he came from Florida to here. You are actually under reacting and I'm not scared because I know Will's is going to be on my side and possibly your parents too!" He shouted the last sentence and walked out. I tried to think it over some more and got nowhere, I'm not moving.
