Cameron's POV
It's been 2 weeks since I arrived here for college. Not gonna lie it's been horrible. And not just cause it's school but being away from Lauren.

We text and FaceTime all the time but I can tell it's just not the same. Not to mention Rebecca and Dani both keep telling me she's hanging out with this guy named Dylan.

I mean Clauren is strong we've been dating for 3 months now I'm sure it's nothing. I just wish I could be there. Instead I'm stuck at school. That reminds me I have to FaceTime Lauren.

Horrible

Cause I wasn't with you   Lauren blushes.

What about you how was your day?

It was ok me my sisters had a band meeting and then I hung out with Dylan.

Oh cool. So uhm who is this Dylan guy again?

Oh he's just a friend of mine. Nothing to worry about I promise. I love you and only you.

I know I know just checking  
She smiles and giggles.

Hey Dani's calling me so I have to go text you later?

Oh yea no problem text you later.

I hung up the call and walked over to the desk to do my homework. Man I have so much to do.

1 month later (sorry for the time skip)

So it's been a month since that call I had with Lauren and things have been different. It's like we are drifting apart. We don't really FaceTime anymore and when we do it's for like 2 minutes.

I really miss her so much but I don't know what to do. And Dani said she's been spending a lot more time with this Dylan guy. I think I'm going to call her today. We need to get back on track and not drift apart.

* FaceTime ringing*

Hey what's up?

Nothing I just wanted to call you and talk.

Oh ok uhm can we make this quick though I have to go soon I'm meeting Dylan at the park.

Laur what's going on with us?

What do you mean?

It's like we never talk anymore and when we do it's for like 5 seconds. What happened to us? I feel like this Dylan guy is taking up all your time.

Look Cam I'm sorry you feel that way but you have to understand that Dylan's here and you're not.

What and you think that's my fault. Do you really think I rather be here than with you?

Because you're my girlfriend and I want to be able to have long conversations with you without you telling me you're going to hangout with some guy so we have to make this quick. I feel like we are drifting apart!!

Look if that's how you feel then maybe we shouldn't go out anymore. Maybe this long distance thing isn't going to work out for us like it did for Christina and Nick.
