Everyone can speak to their second genders. Their second gender acts as a support being for the Alpha, Beta, or Omega, such as so they do not feel so lonely. They do not have a physical body of their own, other than the person, and though they can take control during their weakest points or during heats and ruts, they will still often act feral in thoughts. However, especially with Alphas and Omegas, when their second genders are in control, they are completely feral and seem to lose their calm composures when speaking in their heads. The truth behind these facts are still unknown since testing has been proven usually poorly when forcefully induced.

Alpha
Alphas are the leaders of the group most of the time. They take up 35% of the world's population. They are usually aggressive, strong, and possessive. However, few can be protective and secretive. Alphas usually are headstrong and are good leaders and/or role models due to their intelligence and strength. They can be both male and female. Alphas can impregnate Omegas and female Betas, but can't impregnate Alpha females.

-Alphas are mostly in the Hero line of work due to their strengths and leadership skills.

Beta
Betas are the more common people of the group. They take up 45% of the world's population. They are aren't much different from normal humans as they don't have much perks or downsides that set them apart like Alphas and Omegas. Female Betas can get pregnant with an Alpha, and male Betas can impregnate an Omega, but not an Alpha. What they do have is a strong sense of smell and hearing. They are the neutral part of the second genders and their personalities can range from aggressive to passive depending on the person.

-Betas are somewhat split equally between Hero work and living a normal life.

Omega
Omegas are the followers of the group in almost all cases. They take up 20% of the world's population. They are usually weak, calm, docile, and protective of others. Some may even be quiet, nurturing, and selfless. They are almost always female, and it's extremely rare to find a male Omega. All Omegas can get pregnant by a male Alpha or male Beta.

-Omegas never try to enter the Hero work due to their vulnerable status and because others could easily overpower them. So far, no Omega has succeeded in joining UA, until Midoriya.

-Also, when an Alpha uses their Alpha Voice/Command, a normal Omega nearly always has to obey it unless they are strong-willed. This is another reason why they don't try to become a hero, fearful that they may encounter an Alpha villain who could use their Alpha Voice/Command on them and do as they please without much resistance.

Rogue Omega
Rogue Omegas are Omegas who are both nearly impossible to encounter as they are extremely rare, but a male Rogue Omega is the rarest to find, and are different from normal Omegas in terms of behavior. They still go through heats and generally have the same personality as regular Omegas, but the key feature that makes them stand out is they can resist an Alpha or male Beta. Rogue Omegas can resist an Alpha using their Alpha Voice/Command usually without much effort when not in heat, though it is unknown since so little is known about them as there have only been a few in the whole world. This is thought to give them an upper hand in their lives.
