Chapter 06 Powerful twins

I walked through the hallway carrying some homework books to the teacher's room. I entered the room and looked around a bit and noticed that our math teacher wasn't in the room. I sighed leaving the pile of books on his desk. I walked out of the room adjusting my shoulder slowly,

"T-that was really heavy.." has a tired expression When I slowly walked towards my classroom and I Saw Aki being pinned by some random guys, who looked like seniors.

I grunt and walked towards them and looked up at them, while my hands on my hips. 

"Hey, don't pick on innocent people!" 

I yelled at them with anger. Aki looked at me, feeling scared. 

He mumbled softly while hugging his arms. 

"Y-Yuna chan...Don't..." One of the guy laughed.

"You think you could beat us? Well how about you show us what you got, hm?"

He leaned closer to my face with a proud expression. I leaned closer to him while groaning softly. A random figure quickly grabbed the bully's neck collar and looks at him with a scary smile.

"Well senior you shouldn't bully you're under classmates." the guy got startled and face the guy who grabbed him. 

He immediately notice who he was and quickly apologist to me and Aki,

"We're sorry!" Running quickly away from the area, the guys who saved us walked away along the silent corridor.

I smiled in relief and looked back at Aki,

"Are you okay?" I looked really worried. 

Aki answered with a safe smile,

"Yep, thanks for backing me up..."

I smiled brightly and nodded,

"Of course, can't watch one of my friends getting bullied." 

Aki gasped and had a light pink blush across his pale skin, his eyes got covered by his dark shady green hair,

"I-I got to go..." he quickly ran off passing by the guy who just saved us.

I wanted to thank him so I went after him. I gently grabbed the edged of his shirt near his elbow. He slowly turned around and looked at me. I looked at his blue, brown eyes. The moment he glazed at me I noticed who he was. He was one of the Mikagen brothers. 

I looked up at him staying quite for more than 5 seconds. He quickly broke the silent atmospheres. 

"So you stopped to say thank you?" he gave me a warm smile with a soft laugh. 

I quickly nodded my head saying "yes". 

He answered me when he saw me nodding "well then, you're welcome". 

I smiled at him and released my hand off him. He turned around completely facing me. He bowed his head and spoke again "I am Kaoru Mikage, nice to meet you" he looked at me with a soft and gentle smile making me feel warm inside. 

 I startled a bit and quickly bowed down "h-hi I am Yuna Yunihara nice to meet you too". 

He smiled and waved his hand "well I hope we bump in to each other again, I really should head to the infirmary room". He turned away from me as he took few steps ahead. 

"Wait!" I reach out for him shouting him to stop. He slightly turned his head and narrowed his eyes at me "hm?" I poked my fingers together and lowered my head. 

"Can I join too? "I lifted my eyes and looked at him. Kaoru smiled "yes, sure" I smiled and followed him to the middle school infirmary room.

Kaoru slowly slide the door open and peeked his head in side,
