Mom?!

Tony's POV

That night I spent at Stephen's house. Ever since our friendship started, Stephen's parents grew fond of me, and treated me as if I was their own son. Stephen and I went up to his room and sat on the floor.

He noticed how quiet I was and he scooted closer to me.

"Hey, you alright?" He asked.

"I'm managing. Thank you by the way for being there for me."

"Of course Anthony. It was a scary thing that we just witnessed. But I promise it will be ok," Stephen said as he embraced me.

I just kept hugging him enjoying his warmth and his luxurious smell.

"Tony. This might not be the perfect time to say this, but I really like you. I mean like really really like you," he confessed.

This person right in front of me actually cares for me. With no further hesitation I responded. "I really like you too!" I silently yelled.

"Does that mean I can kiss you?" He asked.

"It that even a question?" I asked before gripping the collar of his shirt, and pushing our lips together.

Then our lips locked, and I felt warm all over.

I just kept hugging him until he told me to take a shower, to cool off. The shower really relaxed me.

When I got out Stephen was in his night wear, reading on his bed. I quickly rushed over to him and tackled him. I laid next to him and we cuddled all the way through the night. Man how I loved him so much. The way he cared for me and my problems. I felt, lucky. For another good reason. First I had Kayla, and now I felt like I had an actual family.

It was around 6:30 when we woke up. We both got changed and pecked each other's lips. I was calm until I remembered what we had to face later on.

Loki called Stephen around 7:00, telling him he was on his way to pick us up. I just went back to hugging Stephen until we went down to breakfast. Mrs. Strange was cooking some pancakes. "Morning boys. You better eat before you leave," she said gently. Stephen and I both gobbled down some pancakes and left when Loki was here.

When we got in the car Loki held both held our hands and said, "We can only hope." He really did care for her so much. Loki definitely deserved her, unlike me.

We rushed to the hospital and went up to her room. Something was off, I just got the feeling. When we opened the door I stood there in shock.

"M..Mom?" I practically cried out. She swiftly turned around and ran up to me and hugged me.

I missed this when I was younger. Should would always bear hug me and Kayla. She cupped my face and tenderly said, "How much I've missed you is beyond." Then she hugged me again and kissed the top of my head. Just like Kayla would do

Kayla!! I quickly scrambled my way toward her. She was now awake and smiling at me. I just smiled back and lightly hugged her. She kissed my cheek and said, "I missed you, you dweeb."

I just lightly laughed and kept hugging her. Mom was striking some conversations with Stephen and Loki. Once I joined them they had a concerned look on their face.

"Wait she'll be 18 in two weeks that way she could become the legal guardian for Tony and rent a house," Mom said excited. "Wait then where would we stay until then?" I asked.

"Kayla can stay at my house. Tony can decide if he wants to stay with Stephen or me," Loki said. "That could work," my mom replied.

"So Tony where do you want to stay?" Loki asked. I thought through in my head. Ok if I stay with Stephen I wouldn't be with Kayla 24/7. And I would feel sad. But if I stay with her Loki's house if going to be too crowded and annoying.

"I think it would be best to stay at Stephen's house. You know because we all have siblings," I finally answered. "Are you sure?" Loki said. I nodded my head. "With that we should probably tell Kayla," Stephen said.

We all went to Kayla and discussed it with her. She nodded in acceptance. She would be discharged later today, so we could go to the house and pack up everything to store in a unit.

All family and even some of our friends helped since Kayla was still a bit shaken.
