Long after the race event had ended, it's already late into the night. Minho is just walking home from work while clutching onto his messenger bag tightly as the chilly wind brutally attacks him. He shivers violently while he curses himself for not bringing a warmer jacket than his blue denim jacket that barely covers his graphic t-shirt underneath it and blue ripped skinny jeans. How perfect that the weather decides to be deadly on the day he doesn't bring his car to work.
"Felix is so going to not let me live if he finds out," Minho sighed to himself while he instantly thought of how his younger step-brother will react the moment he gets home in this condition. Seriously, it's insane how strangely overprotective his baby brother is when Minho's the older one.
However, Minho stops in his tracks when he notices the same two men, who he recognized as the ones that had barged into Han's convenience store earlier that day when he was buying snacks in that store during his one-hour lunch break, enter an alleyway near him. Their backs are against him, so they didn't notice him, but Minho follows them out of genuine curiosity. The honey-haired boy wonders what they're doing in an alleyway, but he already assumes that it's nothing good because one of the men already had his gun out. So, he whips out his phone in case he needs to film some evidence in hopes to bring those assholes to jail. After all, they don't deserve to live all high and mighty after he witnessed one of them pointing a gun and threatening Mr. Han in his own store earlier. Unfortunately, Minho couldn't do anything to help the poor man at the time because he can't take on two armed men alone, except for secretly filming the scene, so that he could help Mr. Han file a police report against them.
Minho quickly hides behind a wall that serves as the entrance and the exit of the alleyway, and he peeks over to see the buffer one of the two men pointing the familiar gun at someone in front of them. Great, another victim. However, Minho frowns because he couldn't see the person, but he gladly pulls up his phone to record the evidence. It wasn't until the smaller one moves out of the way that Minho recognizes the boy, who's staring at the men emotionlessly while his stance is surprisingly nonchalant for someone who has a gun pointing straight at his face.
The honey-haired boy couldn't help but feel angered because those guys dared to threaten Mr. Han and his son on one same day. Sure, he doesn't like Mr. Han's son, but he won't sit still to watch the kid die in front of him. After all, Mr. Han loves his son a lot and no father wants to lose his one and only son. Not to mention that Mr. Han had told him that those guys want to kill his son, and had warned him not to interfere if he doesn't want to lose his main source of income, which is his store. Minho grits his teeth angrily while he quickly puts his phone away in his bag after he stops the recording to search for a weapon around him in order to help Jisung fight against those men.
"So, you're just here to shoot me for beating your loser of a friend?" Jisung purposely taunted the men while Minho stared at him in disbelief. Does this kid not care what his father will feel if those men kill him?! He's defenseless against a gun and two men for goodness sakes!
