I never thought that one day I'll also pray to live like everyone else. In my whole life I've lived like a living corpse. Though I was breathing but I wasn't alive. All I used to think, "When will my time end?" But now that thought has changed. Now...
Mr. Smith was faceing the wolf and trying to scare it away.
"Sarah ....look at your right. You can see some lights, can't you?" Sarah then looked at her right and saw a light coming towards them. "Yes I see it," Sarah whispered.
"Good......then when I say run you have to run as fast as you can towards it. That's where your father's search group are. Tell them my location." whispered Mr. Smith.
"Ok." said Sarah while crying.
"Hey it's not a time to cry. Aren't you a strong girl? Do strong girls cry?"said Mr. Smith with a smile.
"No.." said Sarah while tears kept falling from her eyes. She couldn't hold back her tears cause she knew was going on there. Mr. Smith was trying to make himself a bait for her to escape. She knew at this situation she could nothing but listen to Mr. Smith casue maybe that's the only way to save him.....getting help.
The wolf started to growling loudly as it was getting ready to attack.
"Sarah.....now RUN..."screamed Mr. Smith.
Hearing that Sarah started to run with all her might.
On the other way the wolf jumped on Mr. Smith as it attacked and bit on his shoulder.
Sarah ran straight to the lights and found her dad . Then she ran to her father. "Dad, dad..Mr. Smith and there's a wolf..."said Sarah crying loudly.
Hearing Sarah David immediately understood what's going on. He and other people ran towards the direction where Sarah came from.
Seeing more people coming the wolf ran away leaving Mr. Smith's body behind.
As they reached to Mr. Smith, they saw Mr. Smith's body which was covered with blood. Seeing Mr. Smith's body like that Sarah became scared sustained a trauma.
Then David quickly checked his pulse and breathing and saw his pulse was getting weaker and weaker because of too much blood loss. So he quickly put off his shirt and used it to put pressure on the bitten spot to lessen blood loss.
"Hurry we have to take him to the hospital,"said David. Hearing David others came to help carry Mr. Smith and they quickly got out from the forest. When the came to the inn seeing Smith's body like that she broke into tears . Seeing his father like that Richard was shocked and as he came close to him his mother slapped him so hard that he had fingerprints on his cheek.
"You...because of you he is dying....if you hadn't wanted to come here in the first place then this wouldn't have happened. You killed your father. It's all happened because of you." said his mother with angry face.
Richard didn't move a muscle. He just stood there staring at his father's bloody body while tears were falling from his regretful eyes....... ----------------------------------------------------------- (Present day ....Sarah recalling the past )
Later when your father was sent to the hospital they couldn't do much .....your father fell into coma and because of that your mother started hating you thinking that you're at fault at everything.......when it wasn't your but mine.
After that for 6 year's you have lived blaming yourself, living in a total darkness, shutting yourself in colourless world of your own.
On the other hand only after 3 years I started to go back to my normal life.
I shouldn't have come to your life again. If had recognized you back then, I would have gone away. Because of me the same thing happened again. Only this time it was you who went away from my side.
Maybe it's our fate that everytime we become happy together something terrible happens......something terrible happens to you. Maybe we are not destined to be together.
The 1st time ww met......you lost yoir dad, your mother's love and the colour of your life. This time.......you are the one who became lost from my life and left me pain of living alone....
