Unheard Confession (Complete)

Chapter 12

Richard was going deeper and deeper into the forest.

Suddenly he heard the sound of a waterfall.

He began to follow the sound and eventually found the stream.

Beside the waterfall he saw the peach tree that they mentioned.

The tree was very big and beautiful. It's branches were widely spread but it was hard to reach for Richard as he wasn't tall enough.
 
Meanwhile Sarah, John and Kent was watching him from behind while hiding in the buses.

John and Kent was waiting for the moment of Richard's attempt to pull a branch.
They were really excited cause they built a trap on that tree.

But Sarah didn't have any idea about that.

"Now the really fun will begin...." said John.

"What do you mean by that?" asked Sarah after hearing John saying that.

"You'll see..."replied Kent with a mysterious smile.

In the meanwhile Richard was trying to grab nearest branch.

After standing on his toes he could reach it and grabbed it.

"Now he will pull it he'll have a surprise gift and he will surely break the high jump record " said Kent with a laugh.

But things did go just as they had planned.

As Richard pulled the branch many bugs started to crawl down through that branch.

Seeing that Richard became startled and let go of the branch.

He didn't have any time to react cause as soon as he let the branch go he fell in the stream.

"No...Richard..."screamed Kent.

Sarah was just shocked and she didn't have any time to think what's going on.

She just ran towards the stream .

At the time she wanted to jump John grabbed her hand.

"Wait Sarah...Wait....even if you jump now it's no use...the current is too strong....you'll be washed away too...."

"Let go...I have to save him.....if something happens to him what will I say to his parents...."

"It's all my fault.....I saw Richard being afraid of bugs when you were coming with him....
It was all my plan.....but I didn't want him to fall in the stream....I just wanted him be scared a little.....it's all my fault. " said Kent crying loudly.

"It's not a time to cry......if we hurry and go to the down stream maybe we can save him"  said John .

"Then I'll go to the down stream and you guys quickly get my parents ." said Sarah.

Saying that Sarah ran to the down stream and John and Kent went to Sarah's house to inform everyone.

When Sarah reached down stream she saw Richard's body on the shore.

When she got closer she saw Richard was unconscious and his breathing was getting slower and his body was  really cold .

Then she quickly moved him away from water and carried him on her back to go to the inn.

 
It was really hard for her to carry him alone but still she tried with all her might.

While being on Sarah's back Richard regained his consciousness and he saw how desperate Sarah looked to save him.

"You can put me down now, it's embarrassing for a boy to ride on a girl's back. "
