NOTE: This is also from another book, the book where the story 'Slow and Quick' is. Because this book is already translated to English, so I might finish this book first before I continue Vol. 28.

Outside Nobi's house, Giant was chasing Nobita.Giant/Gian: WAIT!!! I'm going to beat you up.
Nobi went inside and closed the door quickly.
Giant: Just remember. Next time I see you, you're going to get it.
Nobi: (takes off his slippers) I'll just stay home so I won't see Gian.
* His name 'Gian' is used in English, but in Filipino, he's name is 'Giant'.
Then, his mom called and Nobi.
Mom: Nobi-chan, mail this letter for me.
Nobi: (shaking his head) No, no.
Mom: (getting angry) If you're just fooling around, you might as well run this errand.
So Nobi took the envelope and went upstairs first. He explained it all to Doraemon.
Nobi: I'm in trouble.
Doraemon: (searching at his pocket) Just carry this with you.
Doraemon brought a thin cape and gilded it with his two hands.
Nobi: What's that? It looks like a wrapping cloth.
Doraemon: Come charging at me.
Nobi: (dashing) Like this?
Nobi dashed to Doraemon, but Doraemon swing the cape before he could get bumped. Then, Nobi jumped aside him, and he suddenly hit the wall hard. BANG!
Doraemon: No matter who attacks you, you only have to swing this cape...
Nobi: (holding the cape) You mean, he'll jump aside.
After a few turns, Giant saw him and started roaring to him.
Nobi: (scared) Here he comes!
Doraemon: Hurry up and swing the cape!
So before Giant could even punched him, Nobi swing the cape, and then Giant's hand hit the wall too hard.
Doraemon: Good Job!
But Giant didn't give up and went to Nobi, really angry.
Giant: Darn you!!!
Nobi swung the cape, and Giant knocked their teacher.
Giant: Oh, sir.
Teacher: Watch where you're going!
From a distance...
Nobi: (happy) I'm not afraid of anything as long as I have this.
After a few curves and all those edges, a dog came running to Nobi, barking. But Nobi swung the cape and the dog jumped aside, causing him to fall into the drainage.
At last, they have reached the post office. Before Nobi put the mail in the mailbox, it started raining.
Nobi: It's raining.
Doraemon: Use the cape.
So they used the cape as an umbrella and went home...
Nobi: The rain isn't falling on us.
When they got home, it stopped.
Nobi: It stopped raining.
Doraemon: The cape is soaking wet.
So they went to the garden and placed the cape on the clothesline.
Doraemon: Let's dry it in the sun.
When they went inside, a wind blew the cape and it fell through the path outside. Then, Nobi's dad came home from work.
Dad: I'm home.
Before he could take another step, the wind flapped the cape and then Nobi's dad crashed through the right side of the wall.
Dad: (rubbing his neck) That's strange.
And before he could take another step, the wind flapped the cape again, and then Nobi's dad crashed to the other side of the wall. So he called for help.
Nobi, Doraemon and Nobi's mom went outside and saw their dad was sitting on the street.
Dad: (panicking) No matter what I do, I can't get into the house.
