At Mr. Jonathan's
Lena POV

After explaining about the explosion to Alex, Steve already waiting for us in front of the L-Corp main lobby and drive us straight to my grandfather house. Kara seems to be excited to meet her grandfather. Once we reach, Steve tag his security access at the entrance gate of Mr. Jonathan house and stop at the main door.

"Kara, we have arrived. Come, let's go inside and meet grandpa..."

"Woah, granda lives in the castle? Is he a King??" She jumping up and down and squealing a little bit.

I giggles at her enthusiasm "It is not a castle Kara, it's just... large... yes, large and he is not a king." We are welcome and greet by Lorelai and Steve handed Kara's bag to her.

"Welcome home Ms. Luthor, Ms. Danvers. Mr. Jonathan waiting for both of you at the garden. I will put her bags in the guess room..."

"Thank you Lorelai.." Kara was completely focused on her surrounding and how amazing it is. "Come, let's go meet grandpa.."

I see my grandfather reading a book and we go greet him. "Looks like it was one of the bestselling booksy, Mr. Jonathan..."

He put down his book at the table beside him and hug me. "Lena, my dear... Hi Kara.. How are you..?"

I hug him back. "Hi grandpa.. we're good, thanks..."

Kara go straight to hig him dearly "Hi grandpa... I never met you but I love you." She smiling so bright and her attention moves to the garden. "Can I go play there, please...?"

"Sure Kara.. Go ahead, we will watch from here..."

"Thank you grandpa..!!" She running down the stairs and straight to the garden and the pond.

"How are you grandpa..? Sorry for not being here often."

"The same old me.. I understand, the real question is, how are you Lena.. Really.. How've you been?"

"Things are normal at L- Corp, we are upgrading our electricity system and start using solar systems by our partner Mr. Takashi so we can reduce..." my words cut by him.

"No Lena, not about work.. I want to know how is my granddaughter holding up.."

"Well... she's... I.... I actually don't know either.. All I know is I want Lex to pay for what he did.. He is gone too much! He destroyed L-Park, ruined L-Corp reputation, he kidnapped and killed pregnant women just to create drugs and I have a 25 years old daughter out of nowhere and exploded my pantry just to eat a fried chicken! Now, Kara have to lives in this situation. Being stuck in her 4 years old self until they find the cure and it was all my fault."

"He's uncontrollable. It was my mistake for not paying attention to him..."

"No, don't say that.. You did great grandpa.. It is his choice to be what he is now."

"What is he up to now?"

"Alex said that he is going to sell his drugs somewhere in Asia. He will create monsters. The drug that hits Kara was just a test and it's failed. Now that he found the formula, he recreated the drugs and the antidotes. Those who use the drugs will be monsters and he will sells the antidote to the government or the highest bidder. He's making money by creating the undead. If his plans go wrong, he'll be escaping using the submarine he stole and created from Malaysia and Indonesia.."

"How do you know much about this?"

"Well, I may have became friends with her sister.. And they are at Malaysia right now, investing about Lex."
