"Ariel? Where the hell have you been, oh my god!" Clarke gasps as she rushes towards me at the gate, pulling me into a hug. "I was with a grounder." I begin and she pulls apart looking at me worriedly. "His name is Arlo. He saved me from the fog." I explain, she furrows her eyebrows but nods.

"Is Bellamy ok? Octavia?" I ask but she shakes her head. "They haven't come back yet. I'm sure they'll be here soon." She says, trying to reassure me. I look down before nodding. "I also have some great news." She adds and I immediately look up. "What is it?" I ask.

"Follow me."

Clarke leads me into the Ark, leaving me utterly confused as to what the hell is going on. She then takes me to outside the Chancellor's room and knocks on the door. We wait for a few moments before it opens, revealing Abby and behind her is Jaha.

I don't exactly see how this is good news.

I stand there awkwardly as Jaha approaches me with a smile. "You're alive. Kane will be overjoyed to hear this." He tells me with a large grin and I furrow my eyebrows. "What? What do you mean?" I ask.

"Thelonious was with Marcus in some cell, the grounders were holding them in. They let him go to deliver a message." Abby tells me and my eyes widen in shock. "Kane's...alive?" I almost whisper and Jaha nods at me. A relieved smile appears on my face as I slightly chuckle to myself. Bellamy was right.

"Wait- what was the message?" I question the group who's faces aren't looking as happy as mine.

"Leave or die."

After Jaha had made a speech telling the people of Arcadia about the grounder's warning, Bellamy had taken Clarke and I from the crowd to see Lincoln who had apparently been turned into a reaper, in the dropship.

Clarke and I climb up the ladder, and the sight of Lincoln being restrained and animalistic behaviour as he tries to escape, but also attack us. It's a good thing he's alive, for Octavia's sake, but I think seeing him like this is worse than seeing him dead. "It's okay, he's been restrained." Bellamy tells us.

"I can't believe we're back here." Clarke breathes out, and I instantly remember how Lincoln had been tied up in this exact same spot. Alot has happened since then. Alot has changed.

"Can you save him?" Octavia asks, quietly, and I look at Lincoln to Clarke, eagerly. I hope she can, but, looking at him, is it even possible?

"I don't know." Clarke admits, taking a step forward. "I knew Mount Weather controlled reapers. I had no idea they were creating them."

"If they can do that to Lincoln, what are they doing to our friends?" Bellamy sighs and I look down. "Nothing good." I say under my breath. Lincoln then continues to yell, pulling at his restriants attempting to charge towards us. My eyes lock on the restraints, the thought of them tearing makes me feel nauseous, trying not to imagine what he'd do to us if they did. "He's convulsing." Clarke tells us.

"What does that mean?" Octavia asks worriedly.

Clarke begins to move closer to Lincoln, trying to get a better look, not answering Octavia. She then points to the blood seeping from a wound on his leg. "What happened to his leg?" She questions, and I look from Bellamy to Octavia.

"I shot him." Octavia admits, guilt in her tone and I look down, my heart breaking for her. That must have broken her own heart too.

"Clarke, he's lost alot of blood." Bellamy says, almost changing the subject after a moments silence.

Clarke nods and hesitantly tries to move forward, but Lincoln continues to yell, baring his teeth more and more, everytime she tries.

"Can you shine the light on his neck?" She asks and both Bellamy and Octavia raise their flashlights in that direction, Clarke leaning in slightly as Lincoln turns away from the lights.

"Needle marks." She points out.

"What the hell does that mean? He's been drugged?" I question.

"Maybe-" Clarke is then cut off when Lincoln jolts forwards one more time, only this time the metal clasp holding him back finally gives way, and he grabs at Clarke's neck.

"Clarke!" I call out, in worry as I grab her arm trying to pull her back. Octavia calls out his name, running towards us but he pushes her back onto the ground. Bellamy then starts to hit his arms repeatedly, only this angers him more and he proceeds to headbutt Bellamy to the floor. He then let's go of Clarke and the pair of us fall to the ground, Clarke on top of me and I groan against the pressure against my body. She rolls off of me and I watch as Lincoln breaks the other other rope holding his arm back, and falls to the ground, attempting to crawl towards us as we back away.

Bellamy then grabs an electric staff, and runs towards Lincoln, raising it to zap him, but Lincoln is too fast and dodges it before colliding his fist with Bellamy's face, throwing his down and continuously punching him.

"Bellamy!" I call out, in horror I'll end up losing him again. Only to my luck, Octavia grabs a metal pipe and slams it against his head, knocking him unconscious. I finally am able to let out a breath, and the room finally quietens, as we all breathe heavily.

I stand to the side watching as Clarke continues to inspect Lincoln's, hoping that a miracle will occure and we can fix whatever the hell is wrong with him. "We have to stop the bleeding and get the bullet out. Hold his leg." Clarke tells us, as she begins to uncover Lincoln's bullet wound. I begin to move forwards, wanting to help, but Bellamy puts his arm out in front of me to stop me.

I look up at him and he shakes his head, and before I can argue, he instead makes his way over to help. As Lincoln continues to groan, Octavia lifts a canister of water to his mouth, but Lincoln violently moves his head, causing it to spill.

"I'll just go get some more." She sighs, standing up abruptly.

"O, once the drugs out of his system, he'll be ok." Bellamy reassures her as he stands up to stop her.

"You can't save me from this one, big brother." Octavia tells him, shaking her head slowly before continuing to move out the dropship.

I slowly walk over to Clarke and Bellamy, placing a hand on Bellamy's back in attempts to comfort him. It pains me to see Octavia this way, so I can't imagine how much it's hurting him right now. He gives me a slight smile, before turning to Clarke who continues to tie a piece of cloth around Lincoln's wound.

"Your mom would be so proud." Bellamy tells her. He's right. Clarke has come so far.

"My mom would know how to save him." Clarke mumbles under her breath, before rising to her feet. We all then turn to look at the hatch that opens, revealing Octavia who to my surprise looks slightly different. I furrow my eyebrows and then not even a few seconds a grounder climbs up behind her, with another one behind him, who I instantly recognise.

"Arlo?"
