Chapter 2

Small Author's Note:
I wasn't planning on continuing this story, I didn't find much motivation or inspiration to. But someone commented a bunch on my first chapter and was like hoping for another chapter so, here it is! My motivation and inspiration for this story has come back! Thank you FlowerBlue319

"Are you sure that was a good idea?" A male with brown hair, that covered one of his red eyes asked, sitting next to the other youtuber on the couch.

"I'm sure." He said, running his fingers through his curly hair. He sighed, "Ty, do you think she'll see that video?"

Ty's eyes looked into his eyes, "Adam." He paused, trying to come with the right words. "I know it's been a few years since we've seen Jess, but we can't have our hopes up, just in case, you know?" Ty said calmly, trying to sound helpful but he wasn't sure if it came out right.

"Don't worry Adam, I'm sure she'll see the video." Said another voice as they entered the room.

"Oh- Shelby-." Ty was a bit surprised by her arrival.

"Hi Ty." Her squeaky voice spoke, turning her attention from Ty, back to Adam. "Don't you remember how much Jess used to watch the hell out of your videos? There's no possible way she hasn't seen it."

Adam sat there, his head in the clouds as he didn't speak for a bit. The two in the room just looked at each other, making odd faces as they were confused on what to do or say.

"You're right!" Adam suddenly said as he stood up, a large smile on his face.

Shelby was surprised but she giggled at how fast Adam's mood was able to change with just a few words.

Ty just smiled as well, "Yeah, Shelby's right, I'm sure she's seen the video."

Aphmau sat in her room for the rest of the day. She jumped as she heard a knock on her door.

"Aphmau~Senpai?" Said her roommate, Kawaii~Chan, from the other side of the door.

Aphmau sniffled once more before standing up. She exited out of her tabs on her laptop and walked to the door, opening it to see Kawaii~Chan. "Oh, hey Kawaii~Chan." Aphmau said tiredly.

"Aphmau~Senpai! You sound exhausted!" Kawaii~Chan exclaimed, her voice becoming more high pitched then before.

Aphmau covered her ears, shaking her head then removing her hands from her ears when KC was done talking. "That's because I am Kawaii~Chan, I'm pretty tired, today's been a long day."

"Is Aphmau~Senpai saying that Katelyn~Sama's show made her tired?" Kawaii~Chan asked, tilting her head.

"No no, that's not it." Aphmau sighed, "I had work earlier and I'm just tired from that, since I haven't slept since work." Aphmau explained, but kind of weirdly and over explained.

"Oh. Okay! Well get some sleep Aphmau~Senpai, you need it." Kawaii~Chan said, a sweet smile on her face as she quickly hugged Aphmau and then left, down to her own room.

Aphmau gave a weak smile, glad that her friends cared about her. Aphmau closed the door and walked back to her bed.

She opened her laptop and re-opened youtube back up, rewatching the video regarding her disappearance.

Aphmau frowned, feeling terrible that she made her old friends feel this way. She sighed, shaking her head before she decided to take a nap. She was very tired after all. Aphmau closed her laptop, placing it carefully on the bedside table before throwing her blanket over her head and falling asleep.

"Adam!" Said a voice who had light brown curly hair.

"Yes Ross?" Adam questioned as he turned to look at the man who ran into his office.

Ross was panting a bit, before his face lit up completely. "Someone dmed me on instagram! They said they know where Jess has been staying!"

Adam's face was still for a moment, before his eyes widened and his mouth dropped. Adam sprung out of his chair, "ARE YOU SERIOUS??" He yelled, rushing to Ross as he showed Adam his phone.

Adam snatched Ross' phone, looking at the dm, not even bothering to care about the username of who sent the messages.

"Her address?? I cant believe this!" Adam was ecstatic about this person's findings.

"I really hope this person is right." Ross said, a smile on his face.

"What the hell is going on in here?? Why are you guys yelling?!" Ross and Adam both turned the heads in the direction of the doorway, to find a very angry redhead standing there.

"Max Max!" The two exclaimed together.

Max just balled his hands into fists, "What!?"

"A person just dmed Ross and an address, who's address you might ask? The one and only... Jess!" Adam said, like he was speaking to his viewers.

Max's expression changed from angry to shocked, "You aren't joking right?"

"No, of course not, we wouldn't joke about this." Adam said, turning to Ross. "Gather the others, we're going to this address first thing in the morning."

"Okay!" Ross said as he quickly shuffled out of the office, yelling down the hallway.

"Are you sure it's her address?" Max questioned.

Adam sighed and looked away from Max, out the window of his office, "There's only one way to find out."
