(Hey guys. So, I'm gonna rewrite this as well. Cause when I first read it. It was confusing for me. This is gonna have a new version. Just like some of my other books. Enjoy the new version of this book and the other ones.)
3rd Person's POV
A shadow figure wanders in the streets in New York. She escaped from a HYDRA base a few months ago. Once she escaped. She had to lay low. Not only was she laying low. She was remembering two people she knew years ago. She wanted answers of who they are. And who they were to her.
~Meanwhile At The Avengers Tower~
At the Avengers Tower. The team were in the meeting room with Nick Fury and Maria Hill.
"Is there a mission, Nick?" Tony asks, looking bored
"We're not sure. We got word that there is a person that escaped from a HYDRA base." Fury says
"Are they dangerous?" Steve asks
"We don't know. We have some information about this person. But we don't know where she is." Fury says, looking over a file in front of him
"She?" Bucky asks
"Yes. From what we know. She was in the same HYDRA base as Barnes. She escaped a few months ago. The reason why is cause she started getting memories of the two of you." Fury says, looking at Steve and Bucky
"Why us?" Steve asks, raising an eyebrow
"From what information we have. You three knew each other." Maria says
Steve and Buck look at each other. Fury looks at them
"Is there a photo of her?" Bucky asks, looking at Fury
"We have some photos." Maria says
Friday pulls up the pictures Fury gave Stark before they came over. The look on Steve and Bucky's faces, showed that they were not only shocked. But also confused.
"How is she still alive?" Steve asks, looking at the photos
"More importantly, is what did HYDRA do to her?" Bucky asks, looking at the photos as well
The team looked confused at Steve and Bucky. Both super soldiers were looking at their best friend from years ago...(Y/N) (L/N).
"Why did HYDRA have her?" Nat asks
"From what we know. HYDRA gave her the serum that they used on Rogers and Barnes. But they also made her a mutant." Fury says
"So, she has powers?" Clint asks
"We don't know. What we need to do is find her and get her on the team once we find out what she can do. Rogers, Barnes. You two will think of a plan and where she could possible be. The rest of you will be undercover and look at the cameras around the city. Locate her last known location and bring her in." Fury says, before leaving the room with Hill behind him
~Time Skip~
Once the meeting ended. Tony and Bruce got to work on looking at the information about (Y/N) and what her files say about her. Sam, Nat and Clint went undercover and looked for her last known location. Wanda, Vision, Thor and Pietro helped with what they could. While Steve and Bucky thought as to what HYDRA did to their best friend and the person they both loved the most. But more importantly, is what happened to her after all these years.
~Time Skip~
Your POV
One thing I learned about being low was to always watch your back and trust no one. Useless their someone you know you could trust. For my case, I didn't have anyone to trust. I was on my own. As I walked pass the Avengers Tower. Two men and a woman walked out. It looked like they were looking for someone. I don't know who. But I hope their not looking for me. As they walked towards me. I turned around. Good thing I have good hearing with not only with the super soldier serum but my wolf senses. I heard them talking.
"We think we found her." The red-head said
"You three following her?" A voice says
"Yeah, Stark. We are." The dirty-blonde said
I growled softly. I walk a bit faster. I could hear them behind me. I had to think of a way to lose them. I walked down an alleyway. I turned into a dark corner. Once the dirty-blonde and red-head walked pass. The last guy was behind them. I followed behind him, quietly. He turned around as I threw a punch. He dodged as I missed. He threw a punch of his own. He hit my jaw. I growled, which caught the attention of the other two. They ran towards me and the other guy.
"Guys. We got her." The red-head said, running towards us
I dodge another punch the guy threw at me. I stood back up and kicked him in the stomach. Making him hit the ground. The dirty-blonde came up and started throwing punches and kicks. I dodged most of them. I caught a punch he threw at me. And flipped him over my back. Just as I did that. The red-head jumped on my shoulders and threw me to the ground. We both hit the ground. As we fell. I jumped on my feet fast. As I did, the dark-skinned guy came behind me but before he threw a punch at me. I turned to him and held him by the neck with my clawed hand. I threw him into the red-head. And fought with the dirty-blonde again. I growled at him. I threw a punch at his head. Knocking him out. I looked at the other two. And told them in Russian.
"Yesli vy troye znayete Stiva Rodzhersa i Baki Barnsa. Soobshchite im, chto mne yeshche nuzhno vremya, chtoby vspomnit'." I tell them, before running into the shadows (If you three know Steve Rogers and Bucky Barnes. Let them know I still need time to remember.)
3rd Person's POV
Once (Y/N) fought Nat, Sam and Clint. She told them to let Steve and Bucky to know she still needs to remember. She disappeared into the shadows. As Sam and Nat slowly stood up. The rest of the team showed up. Nat went over to Clint with Bruce behind her.
"What happened? Where's (Y/N)?" Steve asked
"She went into the alleyway. She said something to us. I didn't understand a word." Sam said, rubbing his neck
"You good?" Steve asks
"Man, she had claws and she growled like some type of dog." Sam says, looking at his hand seeing a bit of blood
"She said to tell you two that she still needs time to remember. And she growled like a wolf almost. We'll look at the footage when we get to the tower." Nat says, looking at the group
"Sounds like she's a mutant wolf." Tony says, scanning the area
As Tony scanned the area. Bucky saw something on the ground, shining. Bucky went to the object and picked it up. As Bucky looked at it. It was a locket. Something was written on the back. Bucky turned it over. His eyes widen.
"Steve." Bucky called
Steve jogged over to Bucky. Bucky showed Steve the locket. Steve's eyes widen.
"She never lose this?" Steve asks
"What's that?" Sam asks, heading over to the two
"It's the locket me and Buck got her for her birthday before we left for a mission." Steve says
As Tony scanned the area. Something came up. A picture upside down. Tony picked up the photo.
"Got something." Tony said, heading over to the group
"What?" Nat asks
Tony showed the group what the picture was. Steve and Bucky froze. The picture was a photo of her, Steve and Bucky the day of her birthday before they left for a mission. All three of them, arms around each other, smiling. Tony headed to the picture to them. Steve took the picture as him and Bucky still looking at the picture and locket. That said 'Til The End Of The Line'.
