Chapter 2: VK Day

Before I knew it. It was VK day when we were going to bring more VKs over to attend Auradon prep. I went with Evie, Mal, Carlos and Jay to pick the new VKs. Carlos had me by his side the whole time.

It felt good to finally give these kids a better life. I helped them pick the new VKs. *

"Who want to go to Auradon?" I asked the crowd of VKs.

"You?" Mal asked the crowd.

"Pick me!" I heard from a bunch of kids.

"This day has finally arrived," I said.

"I wish we could take you all with us, but maybe someday we can," Evie said.

"We will Evie someday," I said.

"Yeah, we are going to be back so many times you are going to be sick of us," Mal said.

"Now can I get a drum roll please?" I asked then the VKs feet started drumming. I went over to Carlos and he held my hand.

"First, I would like to begin with the granddaughter of Lady Tremaine and daughter of Drizella, my sweet friend Dizzy," Evie announced. Dizzy came and gave me a hug before going to Evie.

"Next son of Smee. Come on, Squeaky!" Carlos said as Squeaky ran and hugged him then me.

"And there's no way we're splitting up the twins! Get over here, Squirmy," Jay said.

"Last, but certainly not least. We all picked this girl because we all agreed that she could use a bit of Fairy Godmother's goodness class," Mal said as her and Evie put up their hand. "Give it up for Dr. Facilier's daughter, Celia."

Then we all grouped at the balcony. "We will be back from you next week, okay?" Carlos said to them.

"Where are we going?" I asked them.

"We're going to—Auradon," the kids finished for me.

"Come on..." Carlos said as he pulled me into the limo.
