This quirk allows the user to make those within a 20 foot radius feel what the user is feeling, in terms of emotions or complete lack there of. This only works one way, and can have permanently damaging effects on the minds of healthy people, especially when exposed to certain intense emotions that they have never experienced before due to their healthy state of mind.
Drawbacks of over usage: Intense headaches, uncontrollable tears, and in extreme cases an inability to communicate verbally

(This outfit was inspired by the fashion trend that was and I think still is relatively popular in Japan, Yami Kawaii, which I believe basically translates to 'Sick Cute'. The whole idea is making mental illness and pain cutesy, and adorable. It's a little messed up, but it fits the character and is fun to design.)
