Jack-O-Lantern

First off credit to the amazing artist who drew this picture, and if you wish for me to take it down PM me. Second of all , yes there will be LGBTQ+ characters , if you don't like that well, go fuck yourself. 

   Halloween , everyone's favorite time of year.....right?  Rose pondered this to herself , because she wasn't a fan of the holiday . It was the day her brother died , she had been dressed up as a scientist herself like her older brother.                                                                                                                                                                           She shook her head dismissing the thought as Battery came out of her house with Paper and Scissors, all dressed in full costume.Paper was a prince with a cutesy headband with a small crown on it, his knight was Scissors , who was dressed in expertly designed clothes , which looked like armor , but were just fabric.It seems like the knight and the prince were doing something naughty based on the small bite marks on Paper's neck. And Battery was dressed as a mage , with very skin tight tights on.   

       " Have fun dorks " Rose said playfully , but glaring at Scissors , who turned red with understanding"And don't do anything too weird."  Battery just winked at her and said " I'll watch them "   And with that they rushed off into the night , leaving Rose sitting alone with her memories and sorrows. Just as she was about to blow out her Jack-O-Lantern and go inside a small girl approached her.    

                           Her long purple hair had been split into twin pony tails that went down past the edge of her skirt, with three orange bows tied into each side.She wore an orange corset with an orange over skirt covering her frilly black underskirt. The over skirt had a black stitches design ending in small black bows that matched the long sleeves of her shoulder-less dress. She carried a huge umbrella with a pumpkin smiling wickedly over some black lace frills that extended from the edges. The small girl had  kingdom hearts style shoes with large candy like bows as lace and matching  sickly yellow and black striped thigh socks. "Don't do that please please " She whispered in a soft mellow voice , her blood red eyes full of pleading." I don't want to disappear."  

             " Why would you disappear ? " Rose asked perplexed by the odd request ...until she looked around and noticed no one else had any lanterns lit, "Wait are you ...not Retained?" she asked growing more angry by the second that someone would leave such a sweet cinnamon roll alone  by herself on a night full of demons and monsters. 

"Y-yes " she said almost in tears "If you blow that out , I'll -I'll -I'll" she stuttered and broke down. This pushed Rose over the edge , and made her quite pissed . "WHATEVER SICK F**K LEFT THIS LITTLE GIRL ALONE ,BURN IN HELL" she shouted at the top of her lungs  and gave the girl a hug ,"Don't worry I'll take care of you from now on ok? Now lets go get some candy !" Rose said finding her Halloween spirit .           

         "I'm Jack-O-Lantern, " she smiled " and you need and outfit" Jack-O-Lantern smiled and followed  her new Retainer inside. After a montage of costumes Rose decided on a ghost with lots of help from  Jack-O-Lantern , and was so scary , Scissors nearly peed himself.

                As Jack-O-Lantern and Rose walked home from their candy spree they had two full potato sacks of candy. However they didn't notice the  the bats approaching them. Bats were as quiet as mice and large as dragons of myth were. They adapted to hunting  by smell because the world was once too bright and loud their natural methods no longer worked.  Finally the beast screeched as it came in for the kill .

 "DON'T TOUCH MY LADY" Jack-O-Lantern screamed as her pumpkin grew long needle like spikes and grew large enough to shield us both "UNIVERSAL BUNKER"  she shouted loudly and the needles shrunk in and as the bat climbed atop the umbrella bunker the spikes shot back out  impaling  the creature through as the will o wisps that floated around her charred it whole. 

" That is my skill milady , universal bunker, it shields all within and acts as a trap ." she said and then added " and it drains their life force and adds it to my charge ." Rose smiled at the girl  and just walked her home . She was proud of her loli tank. And that night while feasting on candy and watching horror movies , Jack-O-Lantern and Rose formed a contract .
