They did not see that shit coming! AND I don't know if y'all remember the part where everyone stares at him because he is worth ten million points? If so I'd like to explain: Everyone around him - their eyes turn red, and then he gets this nostalgic feeling of everyone going after him with Katsuki *watch episode s2 ep17 if you don't remember* and I just thought it was depressing and sad because he went back to that feeling.

His vision seemed to go white and then black. Pain ruptured through his body and he falls on his knees and sloppily to his side and he clutches the upper right part of his rib cage. He didn't notice that he was screaming in agony and then feeling like all his breath went out of his body. "Get out of the movie theater!" someone yelled, but it sounded so distant, as if he was in a tunnel.
"Someone call an ambulance!" a woman yelled. There was a big commotion and people were being asked to not engage in this scene and some people were there trying to help. Other people were just being nosy. Izuku's nose was bleeding from being punched and his lip as well, and it started to swell. Izuku felt all fuzzy for a moment and he didn't know why. He looked around him and saw the face of Katsuki. He was worried and he had a bloody nose as well and a cut on his cheek.
"K-Kacchan..." Izuku croaked out.
"It's okay, you'll be okay, okay?" Katsuki says hesitantly. An ambulance arrives and gets a gurney out and three of them kneel down to Izuku. Katsuki starts to explain but when it came to what happen with Izuku everyone was at a loss for words. They didn't know exactly what happened until Izuku breathlessly tried to explain.
"Punched. . . Liver. . ." Izuku says and he was placed on the gurney being wheeled into and ambulance. Katsuki wanted to go with him but he knew he couldn't. He wasn't immediate family. Kirishima rushed them to his car and started for the hospital. Once they got there they saw someone being wheeled into a room. They weren't that far from the ambulance. Some nurses came up to them asking if they needed to be treated, they declined but the nurses insisted. They were treated for their wounds and they waited in the waiting room.
