The drive felt like traveling to a new country. It was agonizing. Torture. Boring and dreadful. The long awaited visit to therapy has arrived. It wasn't praised though. It was dreaded. Izuku, leaning his elbow on the car door with his head resting on his hand, stares at the window dully. Everything seemed gloomy, the sky was getting darker like a storm was going to occur, and there were many clouds. If Izuku didn't know any better he would have thought he had seasonal affective disorder. Izuku suddenly, for some odd reason, remembers the slight pain in his shin and tries to think of something else. The pain was there and it was pissing him off slightly.

The other cars zoomed by and Izuku just watched the buildings and trees pass by as Katsuki drove closer and closer to the hospital. Izuku felt like a mental problem walking among the 'human' population. Izuku was tired and the car ride was quiet. Izuku was comfortable but Katsuki found it a bit odd. The two recently became an item, but they knew each others emotions like the back of their hands. Katsuki, however, didn't know the full story of Izuku's past. He only received the gist of everything and little to no detail which pissed him off.

Katsuki wasn't sure if he should talk to Izuku but after glancing to the side seeing Izuku's dull distinct facial expression, he decided to not say anything. Izuku didn't look like he wanted to explain anything, so Katsuki didn't push him. Izuku closed his eyes feeling exasperated and fatigued. The drive seemed long, but in reality it was about 25 minutes. The car suddenly came to a stop and Izuku felt something gentle and soft touch his face. Izuku opened his eyes to see Katsuki moving some hair out of Izuku's face and Izuku smiles softly. "I swear, I will cut this mop of green hair," Katsuki says.

"You're one to talk you precious Pomeranian!" Izuku squeaks, about to burst into joyful laughter.

"Oh damn you!" Katsuki says and smiles kissing Izuku's cheek before opening his car door stepping out shutting it. Izuku opens the car door grabbing one crutch he brought with him, and shuts the door. He stands there and looks at himself in the tinted car glass window. He dreaded this part, the 'going through with it' part. He honestly didn't know why he didn't want therapy now. He just wanted to go back to the dorms and lay down watching some dumb romance movie that would make him cry like a little girl. "Deku?" Katsuki asks and Izuku almost didn't hear it as the sky was still gray with clouds and barely any sun. The wind blew and it was growing chillier.

Izuku closed his eyes taking a deep breath and exhaling slowly trying not to make it obvious. He smiles to himself as if smiling would help him feel better, spoiler alert, it didn't. Izuku turns around with the same smile and Katsuki has his hand out and Izuku gleefully takes his boyfriends hand. The two walk in and Izuku was walking with one crutch that he didn't really need anymore (but it still helped him walk and deal with less pain). Izuku's heart rate increased and he started to feel nauseous. He didn't understand why this was happening. He needed answers so going inside would help, right?
