I reached home so tired. I then shouted "mom!!I'm hungry" at the top of my voice
No one answered, i checked the whole house but i didn't find anyone so i called mum up
"Mom please where are you?" I said sounding worried
"I'm at emmm.....the salon" she said stammering
Immediately i knew she was lieing
"Mum hope your not lieing to me? Because you sound like you are lieing" i said as a matter of fact
"No hun, how can i lie to my precious angel" she said trying to convince me
I knew what was going on but what i wanted to know was where she actually went? So i didn't want to make her scared so i agreed with her
"Mom okay then, please do come back home soon" i said and blew a kiss through the phone

So since i was hungry, i headed to the kitchen to prepare myself a delicious meal and it smelt fantastic, I always knew I had it in me but I was always too lazy to cook that's wh---
*KNOCK*KNOCK*KNOCK
I hear a sound on the door just as i was about to eat my food. So i reached for the door and opened it.....to my suprise it was mom
"Hun, am back. And am soo hungry" she said looking tired just as i was when i entered earlier
Btw mom was sounding nervous over the phone but now she looks tired and unnervous. I don't wanna ask questions before she start stammering again
"Ummm....i just prepared something for only me, but i guess you can join me" i said retracing back my words
"Awwwnn.....how thoughtful" she said
"Hilda, that reminds me i want to introduce you to someone but not now" she said
"Ya mum, i wanted us to have a conversation about dad" i said awkwardly
The mere mention of dad changed her mood so she went upstairs. So i just let the topic have a break
