"The beach?" Yeongue leaned against Yoonbin as he asked, looking around the room. All the boys had just woken up despite it being late in the morning, talking about their plans for the day as Insoo was still out cold. Mashiho nodded his head, brushing back Asahi's hair.
"Yeah, might as well. Insoo really likes the beach too. She grew up in Busan," Mashiho reminisced silently to himself, hearing everyone's hums of agreement. Yedam pulled himself away from Insoo, trying not to wake her up. As his arms were about to full leave her body, she woke up, dazed.
"Good morning, Princess" Junkyu greeted her, stepping out of the bathroom. Yoonbin looked at him weirdly.
"Princess?" Mashiho snorted in a laugh, remembering their argument before they both fell asleep on the bed. The koala's face flushed slightly, realizing what slipped out of his mouth.
"Yeah?" he tried to play it off cool, "I was talking about Mashi."
"Uh-huh, okay," Mashiho hummed, continuing to play with Asahi's hair. Insoo rolled her eyes at them, slowly sitting up on her bed.
"Hm? Yedam?" she whispered to the boy, lightly tapping on his shoulder. Yedam turned to her, a frown placed on his lips. He tried to pull his lips up into a smile, but failed miserably, his hurt and sadness showing through his eyes. "Thanks...for comforting me and sleeping with me - not in a weird way - of course and you know you can rely on me too if something's bothering you.-"
Yedam chuckled, reaching his hand out to ruffle her hair. "You can be a pain in the ass sometimes but we're still friends and that's what friends are for. You don't have to thank me when I'm just being a friend, don't sweat it."
The music genius got up from her bed, taking his leave from the hotel room first to get ready, leaving a blushing Insoo left on her bed. Soon the others left one by one, getting ready for the beach day.
By the time they were all ready, it was one in the afternoon. The boys wore their swimming trunks and tees, getting ready to get wet in with the ocean water, but Insoo wasn't excited at all. She wore a thin, short sleeved hoodie to hide her chest more and regular shorts, hoping her feminine legs wouldn't look too out of place.
"Yedam! Let's get some ice cream later," Keita suggested to his crush, face bright red as he asked. Yedam shrugged his shoulders.
"Maybe. Did you already get sun burnt, Keita? We just got out of here," Yedam was oblivious to Keita's intention and made him feel embarrassed. Asahi sighed, patting Keita's shoulder to try and make him feel better, but Keita only sulked more.
"You all got close," Insoo felt and arm wrap around her shoulders, "I wonder when."
"Nice to see you too, Hyunsuk," Insoo greeted, not caring to glance at him. She continued following the group of boys who still needed to sort out their relationship problems because they were all hopelessly in love with each other.
"Wow, it's probably the biggest love triangle I've ever seen, is it a triangle? A love polygon?" Insoo shrugged her shoulders at Hyunsuks' suggestion.
"Love polygon makes more sense," she muttered, shrugging off his arm, "Bye." Hyunsuk let out a huff when she left him, finally reaching the beach with the boys. They didn't waste a second to get to the water, throwing their things at a random area before jumping into the cold ocean water.
"You're not going in?" Yedam took a seat beside Insoo, staring off into the distance where the boys were. She shook her head.
From afar, Junkyu turned to look at who was watching their stuff, a slight frown falling onto his lips. "Yedam's with Insoo?" he mumbled. He understood why Insoo wasn't going into the water, but why wasn't Yedam? Did he want to sit out? Or did he want to be near Insoo? Not like he was jealous (oh really junkyu -_-), he just wanted to hang out with Yedam.
"Pfft, I'm gay, but not for Yedam," he told himself, realizing what he was saying, "Why am I even thinking about that? Damn, I confused myself."
"It's because you're not gay at all," Mashiho rolled his eyes, getting a piggyback ride on Asahi, "You could be bi."
"Mashiho shut the hell up, I don't like Insoo."
"Did I say anything about Insoo?" Mashiho said teasingly, raising his eye brows suggestively. Junkyu's turned pink in realization, sputtering out random words.
"W-well, I don't like Insoo, okay! I like you!" Mashiho deadpanned at his words.
"Junkyu, if I were to kiss Asahi right now," Asahi's face turned a light tint of pink at the suggestion, "How would you feel?"
"Hurt and devastated?" Junkyu's voice turned higher at the end, questioning why Mashiho was asking that question, but it was answered right away. The smol Japanese boy turned Asahi's head towards his, pressing his lips against his crushes. The koala winced at the sight, his heart stopping for a beat or two before continuing.
"H-how do you feel?" Mashiho tried to push away the fact that he kissed Asahi, his crush, but his heart wouldn't stop pounding crazily in his chest. He pursed his lips as he waited for Junkyu's reaction.
"I feels...weird," Junkyu bit his lip, trying to sort out his feeling, "At first it stung but now...It feels like it never happened."
"It's because you didn't really like me, Junkyu," Mashiho jumped down from Asahi's back, to flustered to look at him, "You just pushed your feelings on me because you didn't know how to handle them properly. Whether you like Insoo or not, that's all up on you, but you don't like me at all and I don't like you like that either...you know, I like Asahi. Maybe at some point you did actually like me but then you just started to force yourself to like me. You shouldn't lie to yourself about your feelings, it'll just be a mess if you do."
Asahi's heart skipped a beat at the smol Japanese's 'discreet' confession, taking the boys hand into his with no warning. Junkyu sighed, processing Mashiho's words. "I'm still confused," he confessed, "But I'll think about your words..."
The tall korean boy took his leave, not wanting to prolong their confessions. He walked passed Yeongue and Yoonbin, ignoring their concerned gazes as he stared blankly at the sand.
"What do you think happened?" Yeongue whispered, looking up at Yoonbin. The taller shrugged his shoulders.
"I don't think it's our business to know. If they want us to know, they'll tell us," Yeongue nodded his head at his hyungs words, waiting for a second before bending down and taking a bucket full of water, dunking it over Yoonbin. "YEONGUE!"
