I arrive at school and go to my locker. Once I grab my books I begin to walk to class. I take a quick glance at Matt who is making out with some slut. As usual, I glare and walk to German class. You must be wondering why would you take german? My mom is part german, so I wanted to learn more about Germany. I walk into class and sit in a seat in the middle of the class.
'Guten morgen' I say to my teacher, which means Good morning. Class speeds by fast and now I walk to study hall. Matt and I are going to work on the art project in the art room. I walk to the Art room and see matt already there standing by a easel.
"Hello Catherine." He welcomes me handing me a clean paint brush.
"Hi." I reply simply and stand next to him. He's extremely tall compared to me.
"I'll paint the tracks of the roller coaster" Matt says to me.
"I will draw the background and the people riding on the roller coaster." I respond, quickly getting to work. After an hour we managed to finish most of it we just need to add the finishing touches.
"We can finish the rest at my house?" He suggests.
"I guess." I shrug taking off my art smock.
"Maybe we could do something else after we finish the project." He adds smirking widely.
"Don't push it." I say blankly leaving the art room. I guess I was walking too fast because I ran into a boy.
"Woah." He says.
"Im sorry" I respond quietly.
"It's okay, hey I don't think I've seen you around here before?"
"I'm new here." I reply.
"Well since your new, I'm Jacob" He says smiling cutely.
"I'm Catherine."
"I'll see you around?"
"Sure" I reply smiling widely. He waves and we walk our separate ways.
Jacob is so cute. Why haven't I seen him before?

It's finally the end of the day and I'm leaving my last class. I spot Matt leaning against a tree in the court yard. I decide to walk towards him. Then Jacob pops up in front of me.
"Hey Jacob" I smile.
"Hi Catherine"
"I was thinking that maybe we could hang out sometime?" He adds.
"Sure but I can't today." I reply.
"It's okay, tomorrow? If that's okay with you." He says.
"It's okay with me, tomorrow." I say confirming the plan.
"Bye."
"Byee"
He gave me quick warm hug before he walked away.
After our conversation I keep walking to Matt. Once I reach him I lean against the tree too.
"What was that all about?" Matt asks out of nowhere.
"Jacob just asked me a question." I respond truthfully.
"It looked like more than just a question." He furrows his eyebrows.
"Why do you even care anyways?" I shot back.
"What did he ask you?" Matt asks calmly.
"He asked if I wanted to hang out today and I said no." I reply.
"Why would you say no."
"Because we're doing a project!" I throw my hands in the air.
"Don't turn down a boy for me, Catherine" He says laughing and shaking his head. We just stand there in complete silence.
"Come on lets go to my house." He says signaling for me to follow.

"Why is your house so damn big." I say looking around the house.
He just shrugs and walks to a room.
"I have a surprise for you." He says smiling.
"Im not sure wether to be happy or scared." I reply uneasily.
"Don't worry it's good." He grabs my hand and pulls me to a mysterious room. Once he opens the door it reveals a window perfect for painting. Easels, Canvas, Art utensils, about everything!
"Why do you have so much." I say in awe.
"They used to be my mom's" He responds softly.
"This is amazing." I said my eyes glistening.
