“So, how was the dancing?” Minho asked as they drove away from the studio.

Jae looked back at Sokka who wore a smile as he stared down at his phone. “I think it went quite well.” Jae said when she turned back around to face the front.

Minho nodded and continued to drive as Jae turned up the volume for the radio and Vroom Vroom by Exo-CBX played loudly in the car.

“Park Jae-Hwa, they need you in the office.” Jae’s first hour teacher told her as she got off the phone.

Heads turned to look at her as she stood up and made her way out of the room. She had been at this school for a semester, today was the first day of the second semester. She had very little friends that she actually liked and talked to nobody about her father or family problems.

Today she wore some new clothes she got for Christmas, white Vans, white sweater and light blue ripped jeans and her re-dyed blonde hair was in loose curls. She walked into the office and the office lady told her that her counselor in the office wanted to speak to her, she thanked her and walked into her counselors office.

“Jae, hello!” She greeted with a smile.

“Hello, Miss Min. May I ask why I am here?” Jae asked getting straight to the point.

Miss Min nodded, clearly used to everything Jae did and said. “Well, you have a letter here for you from a dancing company.”

Jae’s eyes widened slightly. “But, I didn’t send in anything to anyone.” Jae said to her.

Miss Min smiled and nodded, “But I did, and there are those who work at that place you dance at who were amazed at watching you dance and watching you teach your brother, who is also now an incredible dancer because of your teachings.”

Jae was shocked and didn’t know what to say. “May I see it?” Jae whispered.

Miss Min nodded and reached into her desk and pulled out a packet and handed it to her, Jae stared at it and read who it was from. It read:

1 Million Dance Studio

Jae wanted to scream, she loved this studio and their dances. She had always wanted to go to that studio to dance for them and she was so excited. “Go ahead, open it.” Miss Min said with some excitement in her voice.

She ripped it open and quickly read it as her eyes filled with tears and her heart beat rapidly.

“What did they say?” Miss Min asked leaning forward with anticipation.

“They want me to come dance with them when I graduate high school.” Jae answered looking up at Miss Min with a big smile.

Miss Min smiled widely and clutched her hands to her chest. “Oh, Jae, I am so happy for you. Of course I knew you would get in, but this is so exciting.” She stood up and beckoned for her to do the same.

Jae stood up and held the letter close to her then followed Miss Min out of the door, they passed by Kang and Jae waved excitedly at Kang, he looked at her and then looked past her like he hadn’t seen her. Slightly confused Jae continued to follow Miss Min to wherever she was heading.
