I had been away from my kingdom for almost a week now and Xoda had become a great friend of mine in the little amount of time we have known each other but with that comes worry, mostly because I decided to runaway and it has become to much to handle for the both of us.

Xoda: I don't know how much longer you decide to keep staying away from your kingdom but someone from your castle will come searching for you if they aren't already.

Athena: I know and if you want you want to go your own way without me I will understand.

Xoda: this place is far too dangerous for a princess to be traveling alone.

Athena: you're a good friend Xoda.

Xoda: I know. So tell me about this Dante... He seems interesting

Athena: he is my hired guard, if I ever did return to the castle he would be my only reason for going back.

Xoda: I see and does he know you have feelings for him?

Athena: I haven't told him yet because of my father wanting me to marry someone else.

Xoda: I think you should tell him when you see him again.

Athena: I know you want what's best for me but I can't go back to the castle, I refuse to marry someone that I don't love.

Xoda: we should head to the next city instead of sleeping in the woods princess, it is starting to get dark.

As we headed to the city I was stopped by two guards that was standing outside the gate.

Guard 1: what's a pretty lady like you doing out here alone?

Athena: I only wish to rest my head for the night and I will be on my way in the morning.

Guard 2: I think you should move onto the next city, we don't allow trespassers here. This is a fort not a city...

Athena: me and my friend only wish to sleep for one night.

Guard 2: I said move on.

Guard 1: I've got a friend you can meet.

I was about to say something when I heard Xoda walk up behind me.

Xoda: is there a problem here?

Guard 1: no problem just move on, this isn't a place for rest...

Xoda: let's move on Athena, it seems crowded here...

I grabbed onto his leg and walked beside him as we slowly walked back into the woods that surrounded this place.
