The Sorting ceremony

Annabeth's POV:
I couldn't stop blabbering on about the architecture at Hogwarts, IT WAS AMAZING! We ended up getting to the sorting ceremony along with all of the first years. Professor McGonagall led us inside. There was an old hat on top of a stool at the front of the hall. It looked out of place until it started to speak. It said a poem that described all of the houses.

Once all of the first years had placed the hat on their head Professor McGonagall introduced us as the exchange students from America. Then she called my name "Chase, Annabeth"

I walked up to the stool and she placed the hat on my head. The I heard a voice.

Tough one this year. Hm. Ravenclaw would suit you nicely as you defiantly have brains but Griffindoor is also very suiting as you are quite the brave and courageous. Ravenclaw or Griffindoor are to pick.

It is a really tough decision as they are equal, it is your say to which house you are put in. Griffindoor the brave or Ravenclaw the wise.

"RAVENCLAW!" The hat shouted. I put on a smile and ran over to the Ravenclaw table.

Nico's POV:
Annabeth was put in Ravenclaw. I am not surprised her being child of Athena and all.
"Di Angelo, Nico"

I heard whispering about Slytherin while I was walking up to the stool.

Okay then

Great let's see. Ooh I see slot of Griffindoor in you. Ravenclaw isn't for you but let's see Slytherin. Slytherin , although you look the part, doesn't seem to be your house. You are not a leader and do not seem to fit a lot of the traits. Hufflepuff May be good as you are nice to your friends and will protect them. You have dedication and patience. I think we found your house.

"HUFFLEPUFF!"

The entire school went quiet. They looked at me oddly like I was a completely different person. I walk over to the Hufflepuff table and sat down, staring daggers at anyone who tried to talk to me.

Jason's POV:

Nico, OUR NICO, in the good, friendly social house. I have never been so confused. I thought he'd either be in Griffindoor or Slytherin! But Hufflepuff! No way.
