Imagine...
Getting a visit from the police regarding your husband Ronnie. Them revealing to you that he was a dirty copy and was now fighting for his life in hospital after being shot by a gang leader. While Ronnie seemed like a bastard he cared deeply for his wife and didn't want to worry her about how he let himself get corrupted by DS Jago. He thought he was protecting her but now she had to sit by his side in a sterilized hospital wondering if each breath would be his last.
