How long have you been smiling?
It seems like it's been too long
He smiles more than anyone I've ever met. Sometimes I think it's too much! He seems to smile all the time! Nobody else smiles that much!
Some days I don't feel like trying
I don't know why I keep trying at this point. There's really no reason to.
I think too much, we drink too much
People say I have to stop all the drinking. It's what me and my friends have always done. It's something we will probably always do. Yes we get stupid sometimes but that just makes it more fun.
Falling in love like it's just nothing
Why? Why did it have to be him of all people. I had to fall in love with him? Why does the world hate me this much? We can never be.
Cause all the kids are depressed
Nothing ever makes sense
I'm not feeling alright
Staying up 'til sunrise
And hoping things are okay
Pretending we know things
I don't know what happened
My natural reaction is that we're scared
So I guess we're scared
None of this makes sense. I hang out with my friends. We joke, We drink, We talk. We do what we always do but at the same time we all just get more and more sad.
But I can't really keep lying
'Cause I've been scared all along
I will admit I'm in love with Roman but it can never be. I'm to terrified to tell him.
Getting sick of sleeping in
While all my friends are popping pills
And I don't think that they're wrong
My friends have a new addiction on top of the drinking we all do. If it helps them maybe it will help me to? I will try it next time we hang out. Next time they offer. Maybe it will help me forget Roman.
Falling apart like it's just nothing
Things are getting worse. My grades are dropping constantly. I'm always sad. I'm losing friends. I'm losing sight of me. Of who i am..... Who i WAS anyway......
