Chapter Two☠First Night On The Job
Running around in my apartment trying to find my phone, then something clicked in my head, I put my hands to my bum pockets and patted there, feeling something hard in my left pocket, I take it out. You know what it was right, My phone. Sighing and feeling vary blonde I face palmed and ran a hand through my Hazel brown hair, I felt like such an idiot.
I then grabbed my jacket off of the back of my computer chair, pulling it on. I walked out of my apartment locking It, Then leaving. I walked to Freddy's Fazbear's Pizza, knowing I shouldn't be late just to meet my new boss.. Yay, Not. I checked my phone for the time, I left just in time to, I'd get there right at eleven thirty, good.
Walking as fast as I could I made it to Freddy's, I noticed the light were on so I walked right up to the door and opened it. walking in I noticed the three animatronics I've known sense I was very young. When I was younger.. They seemed less.. Creepy as I remembered.
"Oh hey, they you are!" A voice said
Turning around I see- who I'm guessing- is the manager.
"Yeah, hey" I said smiling
We shook hands and he returned the smile.
"I'm Mr.Fazza, you are..?" He asked
"Raven, Raven McCracken" I said
"Nice to meet you!" He said smiling
"Likewise" I returned the smile
"Alrighty, your needed this way, come, come. Follow me" he said walking down a hallway.
I followed closely behind him, he was mumbling things to himself and got to a room.
"Ah! Here we go, this is where you'll be working" he said smiling
I looked over and saw the small boxed room, I walked in and looked around a bit, when I turned to ask him a question.
"Why would I be a watch ma- ahem woman..?" I asked
"I just want to make sure no one comes in here and try's to steal nothing, we're almost.. Well kinda not but broke." He said
"Okay.. And when do I get paid"
"Ah! It's a five day job, you come in after to night for another four days, then you get paid 120$ " he said smiling.
"How long are my hours?" I asked
"Twelve a.m. to six a.m." He told me
I nodded and looked around again and looked over my shoulder to see that he wasn't there anymore. I looked at my phone, eleven fifty-nine.. Almost twelve O'clock, I sat down and noticed a old poster of Freddy, Bonnie and chica, this poster kinda put me off, I didn't like that fact it didn't have foxy in it. I mean come on, who couldn't love foxy? Sighing and sitting back the office phone began ringing, I picked it putting it to my ear.
"Hello, hello?"
"Hello.." I said back
"Uh, I wanted to record a message for you to help you get settled in on your first night."
I face palmed feeling very.. Very.. Very dumb and embarrassed.
"Um, I actually worked in that office before you. I'm finishing up my last week now, as a matter of fact. So, I know it can be a bit overwhelming, but I'm here to tell you there's nothing to worry about. Uh, you'll do fine. So, let's just focus on getting you through your first week. Okay? Uh, let's see, first there's an introductory greeting from the company that I'm supposed to read. Uh, it's kind of a legal thing, you know. Um, "Welcome to Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. A magical place for kids and grown-ups alike, where fantasy and fun come to life. Fazbear Entertainment is not responsible for damage to property or person. Upon discovering that damage or death has occurred, a missing person report will be filed within 90 days, or as soon property and premises have been thoroughly cleaned and bleached, and the carpets have been replaced." "
"WHAT WHATTTT A MISSING PERSONS FILE? WHAT"
"Blah blah blah, now that might sound bad, I know, but there's really nothing to worry about. Uh, the animatronic characters here do get a bit quirky at night, but do I blame them? No. If I were forced to sing those same stupid songs for twenty years and I never got a bath? I'd probably be a bit irritable at night too. So, remember, these characters hold a special place in the hearts of children and we need to show them a little respect, right? Okay. So, just be aware, the characters do tend to wander a bit. Uh, they're left in some kind of free roaming mode at night. Uh...Something about their servos locking up if they get turned off for too long. Uh, they used to be allowed to walk around during the day too. But then there was The Bite of '87. Yeah. I-It's amazing that the human body can live without the frontal lobe, you know?"
What did I get myself into.. This sounds like a crappy job now... Great.
"Uh, now concerning your safety, the only real risk to you as a night watchman here, if any, is the fact that these characters, uh, if they happen to see you after hours probably won't recognize you as a person. They'll p-most likely see you as a metal endoskeleton without its costume on. Now since that's against the rules here at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, they'll probably try to...forcefully stuff you inside a Freddy Fazbear suit. Um, now, that wouldn't be so bad if the suits themselves weren't filled with crossbeams, wires, and animatronic devices, especially around the facial area. So, you could imagine how having your head forcefully pressed inside one of those could cause a bit of discomfort...and death. Uh, the only parts of you that would likely see the light of day again would be your eyeballs and teeth when they pop out the front of the mask, heh."
"Wait, this job COULD KILL ME?!??!" I Screamed.
"Y-Yeah, they don't tell you these things when you sign up. But hey, first day should be a breeze. I'll chat with you tomorrow. Uh, check those cameras, and remember to close the doors only if absolutely necessary. Gotta conserve power. Alright, good night."
"CRAPCRAPCRAPCRAOCRAPCRAP" I screamed as I checked the screen, everyone was still in place.. No wait.. Never mind
I quickly checked each room trying to find Bonnie.
"THERE YOU ARE YOU LITTLE BÆ" I screamed (Fun fact: bæ is also known as poop in Danish, huh learn new things everyday :3)
I put the camera down and checked the power, 96% good. I should of known it didn't use that much power.
As the night continued on chica even became active, luckily Freddy stayed on stage.. I wonder if foxy still behind the curtain, I picked up the camera and checked pirates cove, his face was peeking out, he looked a bit beat up, which was weird to me.
The night went on and nothing but a lot of jump scares happened, I'm going to have to talk to Mr.Fazza About all this tomorrow night if I see him, finally the clock hit six, I waited a bit before leaving the small office room, I made it till 2% power..
I ran out of the small office room and ran all the way to my apartment where I was home free.
