Sooooo, I had an idea of making an older sister Midoriya OC. She's named Itsumi, she's 18, and she has a strong dislike for heroes due to her father leaving (theory that he's a hero). Her quirk is to Repel and Attract objects of various sizes.
I already have a ship in mind, but what are your ideas?
