Her name is Jiho Inuzuka, she's gonna be Kiba's cousin (same age). She has two dogs.....and yeah. I need to stop making OC's, like seriously, someone tell me how to turn off my mind because I would literally be having a normal boring day and BAM! I come up with a new OC and I come up with their story plot in a few seconds!

This OC I made up a long time ago, her name was originally going to be KEI LEE, but seeing as there's ROCK Lee and METAL Lee, I changed her name to STEEL LEE! This is them in Shippuden, and she's like her brother (not twins) without the ability to produce Ninjutsu or Genjutsu! She still has chakra, I mean so does Lee, because everyone in the Narutoverse has chakra, even the civilians! So, yeah....
