Her name is Aoi Hikari, and her clan, well the heiress of the clan always pass down the sealing of the Goddess, Amaterasu.

From the upper left, it's Tsuki (obviously), then Itachi on the upper right. Bottom right is their first kid, and only daughter, Shisui. The middle boy with the fuchsia eyes is Fugashi. Then, the last boy, and twin to the first, is Mikoshi.
