Someone managed to figure out what I was gonna do with Cerridwen a looooong time ago. It's in a comment in my first book, and damn, they hit the nail straight on!
Cerridwen will be Kaguya's sister (younger or older, I'm still deciding). So when Kaguya first starts causing trouble with her sons - fighting them, Cerridwen comes down from the moon hoping to calm her down. Unfortunately, she only sees that as more trouble and seals Cerridwen away.
So, Cerridwen is actually named Kiranikko Otsutsuki. I wanted her to look different from the pale hair and Byukugan-like eyes because she inherits the shadowed side of the moon more than the light - which are an insight to her powers.
Since she's sealed, she's more of Cerridwen, but maybe in the war I can let Tsuki actually unseal her, making her become more like Kiranikko - still same Cerridwen personality but more powerful and Otsutsuki like.
