Allah swt knows what is in your mind, that need that is giving your heart extra beat. He knows what you are going through secretly or apparent. He very well knows how urgent and fast you want to get it or get it done but His timing though is the most important one; sometimes your prayers might take time to be answered but that itself should be a reason for you to pray even more. Put all your worries to Him and He will always help. He is all able because He's Adheem.
