The weekend went by the way I hoped for it to go.

Well, sort of.

On Saturday me and Jeni went out to lunch, but while I was trying to start up a conversation, she played around on her phone.

It hurt a little, knowing she was drifting away, and thinking about how she didn't want to hang with me anymore.

Because it certainly seemed that way.

On Sunday we went out to a movie, but once again, she was distant, even though we were sitting right next to each other.

Now it's Monday again. Let's see what it has in store for me today.

LUNCH

I bought lunch, feeling satisfied with the kimchi and veggies they served.

But when I sat down at the table, Jeni wasn't there.

I looked around, hoping to find her, but got no luck.

Jimin- "Who are you looking for this time?"

Me- "Jeni.."

Jimin- "Hmm, come to think of it, I haven't seen her much today. I don't know, maybe she went to the bathroom or something."

Me- "You're probably right, I shouldn't worry."

I still couldn't help but think about where she might be, because at the end of lunch, she still hadn't come.

I had even checked my phone, but there were no text messages from her.

Weird.

TIME SKIP--> END OF SCHOOL

I was walking out of the building with Taehyung when I remembered that Jeni wasn't at lunch.

Taehyung- "Everything okay?"

Me- "Oh, yeah.... Actually no. It's just, Jeni didn't come to lunch and she didn't even tell me why. I'm just worried."

Taehyung- "Oh. I'm sure she's fine. Don't worry too much about it."

I nodded my head, convincing myself that nothing was wrong and I didn't need to worry.

Taehyung- "wAIT IS THAT A TIGER SWALLOWTAIL BUTTERFLY?! I NEED TO TAKE A PICTURE OF THAT" 

(A/n- There are different types of swallowtails, and in case you don't know what a tiger swallowtail looks like, here's a picture)

I threw my head back, laughing. 

He giggled too, pulling out his phone.

Taehyung- "Hey this is serious. I'm taking a picture of it."

He went to the camera setting on his phone, walking slowly towards the butterfly.

But it suddenly flew off, settling itself on the fence on the side of the school.
