Taehyung's POV

Why is school so tough?

Quizzes every other day, homework that lasts for hours, and Jeni.

Jeni. The girl who didn't want me to hang out with my best friend.

But I did anyways.

And she caught me.

BEGINNING OF FLASHBACK

The day was going okay. Just the same old stuff.

We didn't really learn anything new in any classes.

I looked forward to lunch, because I was really hungry. There wasn't any time for breakfast this morning because I was running late.

When it was lunchtime, I basically skipped over to my table, eager to eat.

So I sat down and pulled out my tuna sandwich, about to take a bite when someone stopped me.

I think you can guess who; Jeni.

She tapped me on my head, getting my attention immediately.

Jeni- "Thought you were so sly, huh?"

Me- "What?"

Jeni- "I know you know what. I saw you with Jungkook." She smirked.

Me- "No... I was by myself."

Jeni leaned in an whispered something in my ear. I felt her hot breath sting my skin.

Jeni- "I told you not to take me lightly. Just wait for school to end."

She laughed and turned to go find Jungkook.

She ran to him, like a cub to it's mother. Depending solely on him.

I grimaced, then let her words sink in. 'wait for school to end'. I shuddered.

A gland of sweat crawled down my neck. The cafeteria noise was a blur as I thought of what might happen to me.

My hunger had quickly vanished and I was left there, just holding my sandwich. I didn't know how tightly I was holding on, but when I looked down at it, the sandwich was a mush.

Lunch had ended shortly after, and all the classes went by fast. Soon enough, the school day was over.

Jungkook was about to ask me something, which I guessed was about the history project, until someone stopped him.

It was Jeni.

Jeni- "Sorry Kook. I need to talk to Taehyung about math class, since we are in it together."

My eyes widened as Jeni grabbed my hand and dragged me out of the building.

I looked back at Jungkook to see him bewildered. I was about to cry.

Jeni took me to the back of the building where she finally let go of my hand.

Jeni- "It's finally the end of the day, huh?"

She pulled out her phone from her back pocket and shoved it in my face

Jeni- "See this? I took this picture of Jungkook and you. So don't you dare say that you two weren't together."
