Chapter 6: •Quirk Testing•

'Can't believe the day after I'm out of the hospital, I have to do a test!' I thought angrily as I made my way to school with Uraraka, "So you have to wear glasses now??" She asked me, snapping be out of my thoughts,

"Yeah, but only when I use my quirk," I huffed,

"I'm sure you'll look great in them!" She complimented,

"Thank you," I smiled and peered at the building of our school once we arrived, as if it was my enemy, "We meet again..."

"Oh jeez! Y/N come on! We'll be late!" Uraraka began running towared the entrance of the school. I followed sadly.

Once we reached our classroom, the bell had rung right on time. 'That's lucky for us.' I smirked and took a seat at my desk,

"Welcome back, Y/N. How are you feeling?" Mr. Aizawa asked me, causing everyone to stop conversating and switching their attention to me,

"Oh, erm.. I'm fine," I nod,

"See, she's fine. Stop letting that incident distract you." He huffs at Bakugou and sulks to his desk. This brought a smile to my lips, 'Bakugou worried for me?'

"Glad to see that you're all right Y/N! I was hoping to see you as soon as you healed," Kirishima smiled at me with his razor sharp teeth,

"Awe, well I'm happy that I have a great friend like you, Kiri!" The second 'Kiri' came out of my mouth, he gasped,

"Woah..."

"D-did I say something wrong?-" I tilt my head,

"No, no! You just took our friendship to a new level!" He hugged me, "I'm glad I have a friend like you too, N/N."

I giggled and hugged back, I could tell we were making a certain pikachu jealous by the way he was grumbling, "Do you want a hug too, Kaminari?" I laughed at his jealousy,

"Maybe..." Kaminari mumbled, Kirishima also laughed and slid into his desk,

"Come hereeee~" I cooed and hugged Kaminari. It made him happier, 'Maybe he needs a hug everyday.' I thought as I released him. I began to chat with Kirishima, Kaminari, Sero, and Mina(who came over) not realizing there was a certain cinnamon roll who wanted to talk to me too.

I heard a faint voice calling my name but I couldn't hear it completely over the group's chatting, I turned around and bumped into Midoriya. He must've been right behind me.

"OH jEeZ- sorry Midoriya-" I rubbed my head, not realizing that I was on top of him,

"I-it's o-okAy-" he stammers,

"Are you okay?" I opened my eyes and my cheeks tinted, my chest was practically suffocating him. Kirishima helped me up and Midoriya helped himself up. We were both embarassed and flustered by what had just taken place.

"Oh god that was so embarassing!" I turned away and covered my face. Before Midoriya could respond, Mr. Aizawa announced that the time has come for our quirk tests. I glanced at Bakugou to see if he was looking back but he continued staring out the window. Mr. Aizawa lead us to the changing rooms and explained what would happen during the quirk tests, who we would be combating with, and how much of our quirks we could use.
"If you fail 3 fights, you will be expelled." He finished and sulked off to the P.E. grounds with a smirk on his face while most of us panicked.

~After changing~

My gym uniform was a bit tight around my bust and it traced my curves too well. Mineta was the first to notice the second I got out of the changing room.

"Woahhh! Looking good, Y/N!" He smirked and made a grabbing motion towards me, it almost made me puke inside my mouth. Kaminari agreed with Mineta but in a less pervy way.

"Don't bother with them! Let's just get to the P.E. grounds," Uraraka smiled at me and we approached the grounds.

We did some warm-ups for our quirks which Aizawa said would also be graded if not done properly. Finally, it was time to combat with my fellow classmates, Todoroki and Iida were up first. The fight started off with Iida dodging Todoroki's generating ice until one of his feet were trapped in the ice. It was basically game over from there. I peered around the area a bit and saw Midoriya writing in a notebook. I snuck over and stared at it over his shoulder,
"What are you writing?"

He flinched and slammed the notebook shut, "Uh- Y/N! Hey..!"

"Ooooh is that your diary?" I smirked,

"N-no! It's just.. notes.."

"For what? We aren't learning anything,"

"Just on the quirks our classmates have! I swear it's just that!"

"Hmmm... okay then..." I huffed, still suspicious,

"Y/N and Kirishima." Aizawa announced for the next fight. I jogged onto the field and watched Kirishima do the same,

"Don't go easy because Im a girl~" I smirked at him,

"Trust me, I wouldn't underestimate you." He smirked back. We shifted into our battle stance and waited for the signal to start fighting,

"Start." Aizawa finally called. I knew that making the first move would be a grave mistake but I knew that even if he got a hit off of me, I would gain his quirk. With my current cockiness, I charged at Kirishima with a generating ball of light in hand. This was to throw him off, hoping he would think I would throw or smack him with the light. He did just as I thought he would. He dodged to the right and tried to grab my arm, I brighten the ball of light in my hand and temporily blinded him,

"AuGh- Oh whAt-" he yelped and stumbled backwards, I could've ended the fight right there and then but I was gaining too much amusement from this. We continued to fight, it would alternate from serious to playful from time to time.

"Crap!" Kirishima grunted as I pinned him to the ground,

"Haha! I win!" I teased him, but he instead blushed due to the position we were in. Mr. Aizawa seemed more annoyed that the fight went on for longer than it should have, he lectured me about it and continued with the tests.

A while later, the testing was over and everyone finished changing out. I was walking into the school with Uraraka, who was panicking about what she recieved, Midoriya, who was finishing up his 'notes', Iida, who also wanted lecture me about teasing my opponents, and Todoroki, who remained silent as usual.

"Your quirk is so cool!! The way you tricked Kirishima was so smart!" Uraraka complimented me,

"Yeah.. but it was too bad I couldn't beat Todoroki. He caught me way off guard!" I huffed and glanced at Todoroki. I could've sworn he gave me a small smile once I laid my eyes on him but it disappeared the second I blinked.

"Hey, wanna have a sleepover tomorrow?" Uraraka asked me with a smile as she lead me to our lockers,

"Sure! But isn't tomorrow a school day?"

"I know but I just want to hang out with you guysss," she whined, "I'll send you my address!"
I nodded and waved to her as she left. I turned to my locker but stopped in my tracks the second I felt a shadow tower over me. A dreading voice, a voice came out of the figure, one that could stop my heart until I eventually suffocate,

"We need to talk."
