Chapter 18 - Secret Lovers No More

After finally admitting to the others that they are in a relationship. Kotori and Umi are now dating freely. No more hiding from Nico. A big surprise was Nico was actually falling for Maki Nishikino. Now that they are free from the scrutiny of the others. They can now go wherever they want. And this time no member of Muse will be following them. It's a welcome relief for them.

I want an alpaca stuffed toy. (points to the archery game at the side near the video games.)

Umi takes aim at one of the targets. She takes a deep breath and relaxes her hands. She then lets go of the arrow. It hits the bullseye. She takes aim again. And just like earlier, she makes another bullseye. After three successful tries Umi wins the elusive alpaca stuffed animal for Kotori.

It was nothing. Hey wanna watch a movie?

So they decided to watch a movie. Umi didn't hide this time. She kept half of her focus on the movie. And half of it on Kotori's face. She decides to put one arm over her shoulder. Kotori reciprocates by wrapping her arms around Umi.

After watching a movie they decided to eat a cake shop. Kotori ordered a strawberry cheese cake. While Umi ordered blueberry cheese cake. As Kotori slowly eats her cheese cake. Umi just simply watches her eat and not touching her order.

Huh? Uh.... What is it Kotori-chan?

Are you going to just stare at me or are you going to eat that cheese cake?

Suddenly two unfamiliar girls shows up in front of them.

After they finish eating Umi and Kotori decided to go shopping. They went to the different clothing shops in Akihabara. Umi enjoyed her date with Kotori. After they finish shopping, Umi takes Kotori home. They arrive just in time as Chairwoman Minami has just finished cooking dinner. Kotori knocks on the door.
