Part 25

Mav's POV
"We can't keep doing this..." I pant. "We're going to get caught..." Her lips touch mine again, and her toungue enters my mouth. Her hand rubs the bulge growing in my pants.
"You wanna stop?" She asks teasingly.
"...no."
"Good."

Cash's POV
Cailee has been coming over a lot lately. Mav says it's because they're working on a surprise for Stacie, but I'm not stupid. Today Cailee came over again. I pretended to be asleep in my room. Mav came in my room to make sure I was asleep, and then went to his room. I got up and walked over to his door I pressed my ear up against it and stood there for a few minutes waiting for even the slightest noise. About three minutes later, I heard Cailee moaning quietly, and then I knew, Mav had been cheating on Stacie.

Stacie's POV
It's been a few days since the party, and I still haven't told Mav. I've been avoiding him, but not like super obviously. I just... I think I should end things with him it might be for the better. Cash hasn't told him either, which I really appreciate. Cash had been super nice to me lately. Or maybe I'm just noticing him more. I might be catching feelings for him again.
Cash texts me.
Cash: hey
Me: hi
Cash: can we talk
Me: sure
Cash: can I come over?
Me: yeah
Cash comes to my house a few minutes later.
"Hey Cash what's up?" I say when we get into my room.
"Umm. Well I have something to tell you, and I'm only telling you because I care about you and your feelings very much." We sit on my bed.
"Okay what is it?"
"Mav cheated on you, and has been for a while now."
Silence.
"Wha-at?" my voice broke.
"Please don't make me say it again."
"With who?" I say quietly. I can feel a stabbing pain in my heart. Heartbreak. It hurts.
"Cailee." I start crying.
"That stupid bitch!" I cry into Cash's shoulder.
"I'm here for you Stacie." Cash strokes my hair. He's so comforting. I continue crying into his shoulder. "It'll be ok."
About thirty minutes later, I stopped crying. "I'm going to break up with him." I decided.
"I think that's a good idea." Cash says. I get up and Cash grabs my hand in his. He pulls me down to him and pulls me into a hug. "I'll always be here for you Stacie." He says quietly to me.
I go over to my mirror and clean up my face. "Ok, let's go."
"Now?" Cash asks
"Yeah. Why?"
"They're hooking up right now."
"Even better." I say sarcastically. I start walking to the front door. Cash comes with me. We get to his house and he opens the door. Mav and Cailee are nowhere to be seen. I walk to Mav's room. I can't hear anything, so assume they're done. I open the door and there they are, lying in Mav's bed, together. Mav sees me and his eyes grow wide. "You fucking idiot, we're through." I say angrily.
"Wait, Stacie no!" I walk away. Mav follows me after putting his pants back on. He pulls me shoulder so I'm looking at him.
"Don't touch me!" I yell.
"Stacie calm down." He says.
"No! Don't tell me to calm down! We're over Mav! Get it through your tiny brain already!"
"So you can sleep with whoever you want, but when I sleep with someone other than you, you freak out."
"But I told you when I messed up."
"No you didn't." He laughs sarcastically.
"What?"
"You slept with jake at his party."
"I was drunk Mav, that doesn't count. I don't even remember it."
"You still did it though. What was that, guy number four? You cheated on me so many times and I've forgiven you every time. Why can't you forgive me?"
"Cause I'm done with you." I say and walk out of the house.
"What the fuck is wrong with you?!" I hear Mav yell at Cash. I walk back and slap Mav square across the face.
"No! This is not his fault! It's yours and yours only." I take Cash by the hand and we leave and go back to my house. We go to my room.
"That was hard." I say.
"Yeah I bet. Thanks for sticking up for me. He would've punched me if you had left right then."
"You're here for me, so I'm here for you."
"Thanks." He says smiling.
"Yeah. Ugh I'm exhausted."
Cash wraps himself around me and we fall asleep. Taking a short nap together.

Author's Note
First of all, I just want to say thank you. I never thought this story would even reach 100 reads, but it's at 3k. Second, I'm discontinuing this story in a few chapters. This phase of my life is over, I'm no longer obsessed with Cash and Mav, therefore it's getting harder and harder to write this story. Thanks for the adventure.
