I was standing infront of the shelf labelled 'Best Sellers ', looking for a book  for Vivek. (Oh! Vivek is my fiance,  did I mention that before? ) "Mamma!  Pleeeeeaaaassseee!! I want that Barbie book! ",whined Arushi  from somewhere behind me.  " Arushi!  Be quiet!  Or I'll tell Papa! ", Siya scolded the little 3 year old toddler. Arushi had probably stuck her tongue out at Siya, because the next moment she sternly admonished her saying " Don't make faces!  Bad manners!!! ". I chuckled. It was really funny seeing Siya like this provided the fact that she had to be told all of this a few years back. I was so shocked ( in a good way,  of course) when Siya suddenly called me up one day almost a year after college informing me that she was getting married to Avi and I was invited.  Then a year later she'd had Arushi. " Don't worry Arushi I'll get you that book " , I inform without turning back and Arushi let out a happy " yayyyy!! ". "You'll spoil her. " ,Siya said coming to stand beside me while Arushi went to look at the book she wanted .I chuckle again.  " So which one will you give him? ", Siya asks looking at the books I was browsing through. "I think this one's good. " , I say picking up a book titled "That which wasn't returned ". Siya read the title out aloud.  My eyes trailed down the book cover to find the name of the author.  It was printed at the lower end in neat cursive - 'Jay Singhania '. I gasped in shock. " OMG!!  This isn't possible! ", Siya said beside me. Jay never read a story book,  let alone write one.  Besides,  we'd met him just last month on his wedding. If he did manage to write a book,  not to mention a best seller,  he would have mentioned it at least once,  wouldn't he? " I'm sure this isn't Jay.  ", I mutter turning the book around and re-reading   the summary.  It could not be Jay.  This was some story about unrequited love,  something Jay would never ever read,  writing in somewhat infinite miles away. " You think Avi will be able to find out who this is?  ", I ask Siya . Avi was a master of deep internet.  If anyone could lead us to this mystery writer,  it was him.

I bought the book and Siya took it home.  Who could be this ' Jay Singhania '......?
