"Are you two actively trying for children?" Cassandra asked.

She was currently in town for a two day private visit to check up on Jamila and Christian.

"We're not actually trying." Jamila answered.

"So, why are you so sad about a false positive?" Cassandra asked.

"Because after having so many people ask us about when we will have a child then actually thinking I'm pregnant and not be. It's sad." Jamila replied.

"Have you gone to the doctor?" She asked.

"No." Jamila answered.

"Jamila, there is a chance you may actually be pregnant." She said.

"I took four tests." Jamila said.

"And they can't all be accurate." She said.

"So, should I go and see a doctor?" Jamila asked.

"Yes, immediately while I'm still here." She answered.

Princess Jamila's First Royal Variety Performance Alongside Prince Christian

Five years after Prince Christian attended his first Royal Variety Performance, he represented the royal family at the event once again—but this time, he brought his new wife along with him. Princess Jamila stunned in a emerald-green Dior gown for her first time at the performance.

Fans were out in full force as Prince Christian and Princess Jamila made their debut as a couple at the annual Royal Variety Performance at the London Palladium.

The show raises money for one of the Queen's patronages, the Royal Variety Charity, and each year a different senior royal is the guest of honour, with Prince Harry and Meghan watching from the royal box last year.

Clad in a dapper tux, Prince Christian kept Princess Jamila close as they made their way into the London Palladium, making sure his wife had a smooth entrance.

"The Royal Variety Charity was so pleased that Prince Christian was able to attend his first Royal Variety Performance back in 2013, and that now in their wedding year, both the Duke and Duchess of Albany are attending," said Laurie Mansfield, life-president of the Royal Variety Charity, ahead of the show.

The gracious duchess greeted a sweet little girl outside the London Palladium, where a crowd had gathered to catch a glimpse of the royal couple. The Royal Variety Performance has quite the storied history, dating back to the first show in 1912 for King George V and Queen Mary, followed by a celebration of peace in 1919. After the third performance in 1921, the monarch decreed that "the monarch or a senior member of the royal family, would attend an annual performance, in aid of Brinsworth House and the Royal Variety Charity, once a year thereafter."

Princess Jamila was given a beautiful bouquet by seven-year-old Joelle Hunter, dressed in a floral-embellished design, plus a furry white jacket. The bouquet included Westminster Abbey roses, viburnum, white thistle, narcissus and autumn beech.

Prince Christian and Princess Jamila took their seats in the royal box and sang along to "God Save The Queen."
