Aura^
Aura's POV:
"Who in hell is calling this early in the morning!" I yelled as I fumbled around the dresser for my phone.
I bumped the phone, and the sound of it crashing echoed on the tiled floor.
"Dammit."
I fell out of bed and crawled around on all fours trying to find it.
Aaaaaand....There it was!
"What Kallie? What could you possibly want at ...two in the afternoon?" I gasped as my gaze slid to the clock hanging on the wall.
"Hello to you too."
"Hi," I said as I walked down the stairs and into the kitchen.
"Have any plans for today?"
"Not really. I just woke up."
"So, you know how your lazy ass has been searching for a job for the past few weeks?" She asked.
I opened the cupboard and grabbed two pills of Tylenol to calm the raging hangover as a result of last night's drinks.
"Yeah?" I gulped them down and washed my face at the sink.
"So, my amazing girlfriend found you a job!"
"Rachel found me a job? How and where?" I asked.
I grabbed a handful of cereal from the box, then placed the milk bottle on my lips and chugged down some.
"At Hamilton & Co. The CEO, Noah Hamilton, is looking for a PA!"
"Okay, okay. When is the interview?"
"Uh- at four."
I nodded my head, then... spit out my milk.
"At four? Like four pm? Like today four?"
"Yes."'
"Yeah, why tell me at the beginning of the day? It's not like I need to know." I stated sarcastically.
"I've been calling all day, but you're not doing well."
"I'm fine." I lied.
"I know you aren't, but I'm just going to agree with you."
I rolled my eyes but smiled.
"Oh also-"
"What did you forget this time?" I asked.
"Open the door, I'm outside."
I ended the call and flung the door open.
A tall-ish- around 5'6- girl, with long chestnut hair, and dark bronzy skin greeted me.
"So-"She said as she walked in "- I got you a few presentable outfits for you to wear."
"We kind of only have an hour, and a half till the interview."
"Trust me, that's all I need."
Suffice to say, an hour later I was standing in front of the mirror with a totally strange reflection staring back at me.
"So, what do you say?"
I just stared at her.
"Pants? Full face makeup? Hair-styled well? Where am I going again?" I inquired.
"Ugh, stop being such a drama queen, and leave now or you'll be late."
I rolled my eyes at her and took off to my destination.
