I was in the hospital in a room it was just stefan in the room he was holding my hand and my legs we're apart okay elena you need to push ready the nurse says push and I scream in pain I can't do this yes you can stefan says to me holding my hand okay elena she's nearly here ready push i scream in more pain. I can see her head okay elena you need to do a big push come on baby you can do this stefan says to me while still holding my hand.

Okay elena you need to push really hard the nurse says okay ready push I scream more and then I hear my baby girl screaming and I just breath in out heavily she's here baby stefan says and he kisses my forehead and I look up at him and he's crying awww stefan don't cry I say to him while wiping his eyes how can I not cry we are vampires baby I never thought we could have a family but we can. Stefan says to me.

The nurse comes towards me with my baby she was wrapped in a white towel here's your baby the nurse says to me and I smile I grab my baby gently and I was crying you look so beautiful you look like your dad so much i turn my head to stefan and I smile awww she has mummy's eyes stefan says to me and I smile elena can I hold our daughter stefan says I just smile of course you can I gently put her in Stefan's arms. And he was standing up while holding her I promise you Stephanie I'm gonna protect you with my life no one is hurting my girls no one will even get close stefan says and I just smile at him he's so cute.

Then I hear the door open can we please come in now I wanna see our niece the girls say me to damon says and I just laugh Caroline and Bonnie and Damon walk to stefan to see Stephanie guys this is Stephanie Gilbert Salvatore stefan says omg the girls scream shhhhh I say to the girls oops sorry the girls say and I just laugh.

The girls both took turns of holding her omg elena she looks like you so much and stefan Caroline says she's so cute can't wait to spoil her Caroline says and me and Bonnie just laugh. Then Caroline put Stephanie In Damon's arms hello Stephanie Salvatore you are soo cute you look like your dad and your mum no one is gonna harm you you know why cause you are a Salvatore damon says and me and stefan just smile.

Damon puts Stephanie in Stefan's arm elena how long are you guys staying here for Caroline askes just for a couple of. Days I say to Caroline okay Caroline says well we better go and let you guys be but we will see you tomorrow or the next day Bonnie says okay I say to Bonnie bye guys I say to Caroline and Bonnie and Damon.

I was just staring at stefan I take my phone out of my bag and I take a picture of him holding Stephanie and I just smile then all a sudden she cry's I put my phone down stefan give her to me she might be hungry I say to him he puts Stephanie in my arms gently and I un Botton my hospital gown just a little bit so Stephanie can suck on my boob for blood. You guys might think it's weird. But us vampires just girls have blood in their boobs and yes when I was human I had milk but when I turned it turned into blood. I was just staring down at her looking at her she was finally finished and asleep  And I botton up my gown stefan grabbed her gently and put her in the hospital bassinet and she's right near the hospital bed.

Baby you should sleep no stefan I need to stay awake baby go to sleep I'll be awake no stefan you need to sleep to elena I will go to sleep when you go to sleep fine stefan I say to him he walked over to me and kissed my lips I love you he says to me I love you to and I start to drift off to sleep.

STEFAN POV

I woke up to the sound of Stephanie crying I wake up and I look over and Elena is a sleep she's needs the rest I get up from the hospital bed and I walk over to Stephanie I take her out from the bassinet and picked her up and hold her in my arms and I smell poop did you do a number 2 I whisper to her I walk in the bathroom and I put her on the changing table and I take her diaper off and I cleaned her butt and I put on a new diaper and put the diaper in the bin  I pick her up and I put her back in the bassinet and I checked my phone and it's 1:00am in the morning I go to bed and I fall asleep.
