I open my eyes and it' 7:00am in the morning on a Wednesday the doctor said that I can leave on Friday they just want to make sure I'm alright. I turn my body around and my face was facing a smiling stefan that's sleeping next to me and I just laugh.

Why you so smiling for I say to him with a smile I'm just happy that I have two beautiful girls and that I never though we could have kids I must still be dreaming and I just laugh it's not a dream I say to him.

I feel bad for other vampires they can't have babies but if they get our blood or Stephanie then they can have babies but I'm not letting that happen and no one is taking my girls from me. And I just smile at him I wrap my legs around his and he turn around so his back was on the bed and he was facing me.

You know your a great dad. well not great your a amazing dad Stephanie is lucky to have a father like you. And I'm so happy to be with you and have a kid with you. I'm just so happy to have you I say to him with a smile.

Give me my baby stefan says and I just laugh I put her in his arms gently he puts her down in the sink but he's holding her he gets a cloth and wipes her down and she giggles awww is my baby giggling at daddy I hugged stefan from behind and just watch him wash Stephanie. Awww you giggling baby you look like your mom when you do that stefan says and I just laugh. He drys her and brushes her hair okay now give me my baby I say to stefan and he just laughs.

I hold her gently and I put her on the bench and I put her outfit on she was moving her tiny little legs and arms. Aww my cute baby

I put her hair band on and she looks so gorgeous I grab her and I lift my jumper up and fed Stephanie she was finally finished I wiped her mouth  I put her in her bassinet and kissed her forehead.

I see stefan laying down with his eyes shut I grab my clothes and hair brush and I walk in the bathroom and I lock the door I get undressed I turn the shower on I hop in I wash my face and didn't wash my hair cause I washed it yesterday. I was just letting the hot water hit my face when I felt stefan and his member behind me and I turn around stefan I locked the door how did you get in without me hearing I say to him with a smile and laugh.

We both get out I dry myself  I brush my hair and put it in a high pony tail I put my outfit on and I slip on my socks and stefan puts his swag pants on and no t shirt on and I just smile at him stefan why do you look so hot and I put my hand on his abs and go down and he just smirks i don't know I just am wow cocky much I say to him and we just laugh and he kisses me.

We both walk out the bathroom and Stephanie was fast asleep I check my phone and it's 10:00am. Stefan went on the bed come here baby he says to me I went on the bed and I layed down next to him and I wrap my leg around his and then we hear a knock it's just me Caroline says and I hop up she walks in. Awww cuties she says and I just smile and laugh I tried to get up to hug Caroline but instead stefan put me on his lap. Sorry care I was gonna come and hug you but this one won't let me go and she laughs it's okay elena just happy to see you and Stephanie aww she's a sleep like an angel.

So how's everything I say to Caroline everything is good Bonnie and Damon are busy doing stuff oh okay. I say to her can't wait to be home I say to Caroline. I know it's just gonna be you and stefan and Stephanie it's gonna be weird without you's in the house Caroline says. I know care but we can still hang out I don't live that far from you it's just a walk when everything is okay and stuff we can have a girls night and hang out and drink I say to her but I hope Stephanie doesn't drink much like me that will be a disaster I say to Caroline and she just laughs so does stefan.

Me and care talked and talked untill she left it was 5:00pm baby you hungry stefan says to me and I say yes I am he hands me a blood bag and he grabs his self one to we drink the blood bag. Then we fell asleep.
