Caroline: I saw Elena vamp speed out of the room so I grab Bonnie and we vamp speed to Elena and she was throwing up blood omg Elena not again.
Elena: I was sitting on the grass and my hands we're on my head girls I feel so sick this is normal right I'm having morning sickness right but blood is coming out.
Caroline: yeh morning sickness is normal but cause u are vampire you drink blood so maybe that's why.

Elena: thanks Caroline. Finally me and the girls are finished packing we call a Uber and we put our stuff in the car and we head home. One hour later we are home and it's 7:00 pm at night we got our stuff and we opend the door and we see Damon and Stefan. And I just stand there and I look at Bonnie and Caroline.
Caroline: hey guys um Elena needs to tell you guys something elena it's okay we are here we walked to the couch and Elena was sitting next to stefan and she was holding his hand.
Elena: I walk over to the couch and I started to get anxiety I sit down next to stefan and I grab his hand so I'm holding it. Um stefan the reason why we came home early because I haven't been feeling well I've been throwing up blood and I know why I'm pregnant I saw stefan shocked and so was damon.
Damon: that's impossible.
Elena: it isn't I took a test and I saw a little hand in my belly and I only just have a little lump. Stefan I say to him are you alright.
Stefan: I look at elena yes I'm alright I'm so happy but I'm scared this has never happend before. And we are the doppelgängers but you will be in danger cause people want your blood to create more doppelgängers and have the doppelgängers to have babies. I'm so happy elena but we need to go to my friend out of town she lives in New York she's a vampire and a doctor she can tell us the gender and if the baby is okay.
Elena: okay I'm happy to stefan but klaus said I have to be careful cause the baby wants blood so I have to have one blood bag a day.
Stefan: yeah it might be dangerous if you have two blood bags but we can ask my friend tomorrow when we go.
Elena: okay well I'm gonna go to sleep night guys I walk to my room and I unpack my suit case and I put on a singlet and swag pants I walk over to my bathroom sink and I wash my face and I tie my hair up in a high pony tail and then I hear stefan coming up stairs and he sits down and I walk over to him and I say baby are you okay.
Stefan: I'm alright elena I'm just so happy I always wanted a family with you and I know we will be in danger but I will protect you and my baby with my life.
Elena: I started to cry a little Stefan I know you will protect us but I don't want you to die you have to be here with me and our baby I walk over to the bathroom and Stefan wraps his hands around my stomach and his head is on my shoulder and he puts his hand under my singlet to feel the baby.
Stefan: Elena I'm not gonna leave you ever okay but I will always protect you elena your my world my life and now that we are having a baby I have to protect our baby I put my hand on Elena's stomach and I could feel her stomach move but her stomach is still small.
Elena: I know stefan but we have to talk about moving cause how is our baby gonna live here.
Stefan: yes I know we can buy a house down the street from here so we can be close to damon and the girls could move in.
Elena: omg yes that's a great idea but not now we still have plenty of time to spend here.
Stefan: I know
Elena: well I think it's time for me to go to bed I walk over to the other side of the bed and I slide under the blankets and I face the other way and I say night stefan love you.
Stefan: I also hop in bed and I slide under the blankets and I see elena turned to the other side and she said night love you and I say it back night baby love you to. I moved closer to elena and I sleep on my side and I put my hand under her singlet to feel the baby. I will protect our baby with my life I will always protect my girl and my baby but no one is gonna take me away from my baby and Elena.
Elena: I was falling asleep when I felt Stefan's hand on my belly I love him so much I can't believe I'm having a baby with Stefan I love him so much. Then couple mins later I finally fall asleep.
