Appearance:
A rather tall and well built man, broad around the shoulders, had a clear six pack. He had a light brown complexion. Long white hair reaching to below his shoulder blades, beaming red eyes. There are scars all around his body as well
Clothing:
He tends to wear tribal like clothing, shark like teeth in a necklace around his neck, black ' ribbons ' around his upper arms, while saiyan braces around his wrist . He wears black Gi bottoms with a red Gi belt. He has a white wolfskin skirt around his waist, with black Gi boots with red lines down the center.
Personality:
Kagura is often the strong silent type, not preferring to speak when spoken to, or just or speaking at all. Ironically he only had real conversations with Kais and Beerus but even then it's not like he's talking a whole lot. When fighting he never underestimates an opponent only holding back when he is told to hold back by someone who knows him well or who knows the opponent isn't as strong as him.
Background:
Lord Drakon was an all powerful being that ruled demon realm at one point, consider one of the the original leaders, he did a job of maintaining order through out the balance of good and evil, though in his case he had to maintain the evil of the universe, often sending a select few out of the realm to do so. Many strokes depict him as ruthless and a tyrant although he was a caring man with a serious face most the time. The time came when he was overthrown by Dabura, as he had drained Drakon of his strength by setting a trap that sapped away his powers eventually sealing him away in another dimension. He would later be reawakened by the Supreme Kai of Time in efforts to defeat Demigra and with minimal effort he did so and aided in his defeat in Toki-Toki city, being brought up to speed on the problematic chaos that Towa and Mira were creating he decided to stay and help the Kai's efforts.
Special abilities:
He has the ability to conjure portals similar to Janemba but instantaneously. He can create some large enough to swallow a whole Genkidama (Spirit Bomb)
Techniques :
Delta Cross: he encases his body in black aura before moving at hyper speeds and hitting the opponent twice creating an X on their chest before punching the center of the X unleashing a large red ki blast
Alpha Cannon: he unleashes a powerful black bean from his mouth, it may seem small but when fired at another ki blast move it gets larger and eats the blast becoming 10x stronger (stacks)
Omega Driver: he punches the skull of his opponent into the ground engulfing a large area in pillar of darkness energy that shots into the air
Triple Gamma: he surrounds body in black aura creating three shadow versions of himself that trap an enemy(s) in a large cage of darkness
Forth Gamma - Impact Dash: creating a forth clone to take his place holding the cage with the other two clones, the real him creates a large sphere of dark that flows into his right arm before punching the cage and causing a massive explosion
Spacial Overload: he opens several portals around a given number of opponents, jumping through them and attacking the opponents in rapid succession before unleashing a series of beams that hit the opponents from every direction from the portals.
Dragon Flash: Being able to channel super saiyan blue, pushing it to his maximum power of the Gods, achieving super saiyan blue 3, he throws a fist forward unleashing a large black dragon that charges towards it's opponent dealing a extreme amount of damage

Demon Form ( he gains a dark purplish X across his chest, his hair flows into super saiyan 3 but remains white, his eyes become black with red dragon like eyes, while red markings trail down his arms and legs, converging in on the X on his chest. His body will glow with a black aura
Strengths:
Handling almost situation by himself, handling cooking, great at focusing

Supreme Kai of Time can be used against him making him stop in his tracks from attacking
