I float above a vast ocean with the help of my water wings as I look down at the beautiful blue waters at least 10 feet below me. The beautiful and gently swaying waves capture my full attention but every so often my gold eyes wander over to one of the many stray clouds hovering over my vast ocean.

I am currently inside my room in Crystal Temple. Crystal Temple is where the Crystal Gems and I live, it is our base of operation and home. The Crystal Gems currently consist of five members in total, there used to be a whole lot of us but due to unfortunate circumstances we only have five members left. First, is our leader; Garnet who is a perma fused of two gems named Ruby and Sapphire. Next, we have myself, the second in command; I'm usually the one in charge when Garnet isn't around because she's on missions or something. Finally, we have the rest of our members; Amethyst, Pearl and my favorite member, Steven! We all reside within the Crystal Temple which is a sacred place where no humans are allowed into without permission. The Temple is our base from which we plan how to protect humanity. Inside, the Temple itself is composed of several cavernous rooms, all of which are connected through the Crystal Heart and accessed with the Temple Gates.
The Temple is right by the ocean which is a major plus for me since my "weapon" is Hydrokinesis, although I guess it really doesn't matter if I'm by water or not because I can draw water from the air. Or more specifically I can draw water from the air by condensing the water molecules in the air around me or summoning the water from my gem. Because I'm a special type of lapis lazuli my Hydrokinesis is extremely powerful and more useful than normal lapis lazulis. Not to mention I'm an excellent terraformer, in fact I'm the best terraformer Homeworld has, or rather had since I no longer consider myself a Homeworld Gem. Terraforming is the main purpose for lapis lazulis, terraform is basically when us lapis lazulis use our hydrokinesis to transform an area(s) or plant(s) to resemble the Earth, especially so that it can support any kind of life forms that come from Earth, like humans.
I feel a small smile grow on my face as I look down at the water below me. A small spark of excitement shines within my rich gold eyes; without warning I dive down head first towards the magnificent waves at a neck breaking speed. In no time my illusion of a body breaks through the surface of the waters and I allow myself to sink under the warm, welcoming waters of my room in the Temple. I allow my body to free float in the waters for a few minutes. As I float I stare up at the surface of the water and allow the light from above to shine down on my through the water. A few fishes and other marine creatures made purely of water swim pass me and a few even circle around me before they go on about their business.
When I designed my room I used my Hydromimicry abilities to make marine life animals so my room won't be so empty. Hydromimicry is basically when I use my powers to make perfect, flawless water clones of anything I want or have seen. After floating around for a few more moments I look down below at the small kingdom under the sea of my room. Right below where I currently am there is a small underwater town and surrounding it is underwater plant life and sand. The city consist of nothing more than a odd looking castle in the center and about 10 or so other building which is what makes it small, because there are so few building compared to a real town. But the actual size of the building are very big.
