1st of knowing

"let talk then, lay out everything that has happened, leave nothing out" I stare at him, blank face and all.

"alright let's start back at that day, okay back to what day was that, um" he struggled to remember that dreadful day, the day before the hospital.

"Friday, last Friday" my voice started to shake already, this was going to be hard.

FLASHBACK

FRIDAY NIGHT, EXACTLY 3 DAYS AGO.

I had just finished school for the day, I walked out of the wooden doors and headed towards my lovely and ancient bike. I said goodbye to some of my chemistry friends and economic friends as they all leave in their sporty cars off into the frosty sunset. We finished school pretty late on Fridays because the teachers wanted earlier days during the week, so Mondays we finish pretty early and Wednesdays as well. Back to my point, I walked down the concrete steps towards the abundance of bikes. I unlock my bike and place my bright yellow helmet on and was just about to get on my bike when a car comes speeding past and knocks it along, lucky I jumped out of the way otherwise I would have been the one who was under that car.

Felix comes running up to me and starts to shout at the dude in the car, his face was a new colour of red and his voice was filled with anger.
"what the fuck bro!" Felix shouts at the tinted window and gets no response.

He gives me a hand and picks me up and looks me straight in the eyes and asks if I'm okay.

"I think I'm all good" I start holding my head, it was throbbing a bit but must just be all the shock. I check to see if I had any scratches or sore from falling but I was all good. Felix was still looking worried.

"I'm good Felix don't worry" I stare at him and start to take off my helmet to see if my head was hurt at all.

"dude calm down" a guy in all black emerges from the sports car, with sunnies covering his face and a beanie on top. He had this calm personality even though he almost ran over someone and was getting yelled at by the strongest guy in a year.

"don't fucking tell me to calm down" Felix's posture had changed and was now hovering over the guy.

"wait, who even are you" the beanie guy chirps up.
"your worst nightmare bud" Felix starts to push him back

"okay alright keep your hands off me" the beanie guy, who had on a Warrington Fisherman's club shirt and some old builder boots that they sell at the vintage shop.

"alright then bud, keep your car off my friends"
"oh I'm sorry I almost hit your little sister over there"
"fuck you man" Felix slammed his hand on this dude and pushed him back to his car

The dude with the beanie was now really pissed off, his face was super mad and 2 other girls jump out from the backseat to calm him down. The two bimbos tried to pull him back in the car so he would leave, but he would budge.

I had to stop Felix before he did something he would regret for the rest of his life. I jump to in front of him and pull his face down to my level and look him dead in eye

"let's just walk away now, alright, we can go down to the convenient store and gets some food and have a good Friday night alright" i kept his face down to mine so I would know he was listening.

"what so you want to let this bastard go after he almost hurt you"
"hey, hey, look on the Brightside alright, I'm okay and he didn't hurt me"

"El!" his face looked worried and concerned, I didn't know what he was looking at but the two bimbos behind me had a bottle of vodka flying straight for my head. Before I could turn around quick enough, it struck my head and smashed into a million pieces.
