Pregnant and Meetings

Alisha's POV

I woke up as Daniel was getting out of bed. I rolled over to find the other side empty. I groaned and kicked at the blankets but they tangled around my legs more. Daniel noticed my struggle and untangled me from my cotton trap. I wrapped my arms around his neck and pulled him down to me for a kiss. I had surprised him but he responded instantly. We pulled away after we heard someone clear their throat. I blushed as I focused on Justin, who was nursing and serious expression.

"Awe is someone missing out?" I teased. I felt my stomached churn and I knew what would come next. I raced into the bathroom and emptied my stomach into the toilet. Daniel was holding my hair back so I didn't get vomit though it.

"You need to see the pack doctor." Justin said for the thousandth time this week.

"Fine. I will. I'll go now." I brushed my teeth and walked into my closet. I didn't bother with a shower, I just got dressed.

"Do you have Alpha duties to attend to?" I asked.

"No. Not until we get back. Dad will take over until we return. Why?" Justin's voice made me melt.

"Can you and Daniel came with me?"

"Sure." They answered together. I didn't bother putting on shoes and headed out the door with my lovely mates. We walked into the infirmary and some of the wolves asked if we were okay.

"My Kings and Queen, what can I do you for this fine morning?" The doctor asked. We walked into his office for some privacy. 

"I have been vomiting for the past week. Do you have any idea of what's happening to me?" I queried.

"When was the last time you had your period?"

"Six weeks... I'm late by two weeks!" I exclaimed.

"Follow me please My Queen." We walked down a corridor and through a steel door. I settled down on the only bed in the room.

"This is my daughter Jasmine, she is also a doctor and she will be conducting the ultrasound." The older doctor left the room.

"It is a pleasure to meet you, Your Majesty." She was beautiful. She had dark chestnut hair and olive green eye. I gave Jasmine and bright smile as she grabbed some sort of gel.

"Can you lift your shirt, please? This will be a little cold." She squeezed the gel on my exposed belly and yeah it was cold. Jasmine held the wand against my stomach.

"Well, it looks like we will have a prince or princess running around the house soon." I was as shocked as my mates were.

"I'm gonna be a Mummy?" I just couldn't wrap my head around me being pregnant. Jasmine was pointing at the monitor.

"This is your pup. You will have to shift into your wolf for the pregnancy." 

"How long until I give birth?" I asked. This was one thing I was never told.

"Three months. A Christmas baby." I let a large smile slip on my face. I was beyond happy. I looked over at my mates. They still had the same shocked look on their faces. Jasmine cleaned off the gel and I booked another appointment next month. I started to worry that they didn't want a baby and would leave me.

"Justin? Daniel?" I waved my shaky hand in front of their faces but they didn't respond. I leaned over and plant a kiss on their lips.

"We are going to be fathers." They were jumping around the room. My worry drained from my body at this point and my happiness replaced it.

"We have a meeting to attend to. Our car is waiting. Your parents will be there so you can tell the." I hopped off the bed and walked out of the room with two chatty fathers to be. I jumped in my shower without getting my clothes. I had asked Daniel to pick an outfit for me. I washed my body, lingering around my stomach. Soon I will be as big as a whale. I started to feel pain shooting down my spine.

-Asha, what's going on?- I asked my restless wolf.

-We need to shift now or we will lose the baby.- I didn't respond to her. I shut off the water and got out quickly. I gave Asha some control and she helped me shift with less pain.

-Open the door for me please.- I linked Daniel. The door swung open and I padded out. 

-Did you have to shift?- Daniel asked.

-Yeah. Asha said if I didn't I could have lost our baby.- I replied. Daniel petted my head before we left the room. -I booked an ultrasound next month. Maybe we could find out the gender.- My voice was soft but full of happiness. We walked down the stairs to find a gathering of pack members.

-Have you told them yet?-

-No. Not yet. Can we?- Daniel was hopping on the spot. I nodded my furry head. 

"Ladies and gentleman. Justin, Alisha and I have a wonderful announcement to make." Daniel paused and waited for his brother to join us. Justin continued with the announcement. 

"We will have an heir sooner rather than later. Your queen is pregnant!" Justin and Daniel were both smiling like idiots. Everyone cheered and rushed forward to congratulate us. I nudged Daniel's hip signaling him to move. As we passed more of the wolves that gave us their congratulations. Some of the young she-wolves glared at me but I just ignored them. I tried to climb in the car but I just couldn't get in. Justin lifted my large body up gently and put me in the front seat considering I called shotgun last night.

"Are we ready to go?" Daniel asked. I gave him a short bark and Justin nodded his head. I have never experienced Daniel's driving in the six months that I have known them for. My mind wandered back to the night that I had first met him. His piercing green eyes that saw into my soul, his cocky smirk and the attitude. How did I not figure out that they were twins before Justin showed up? That I will never know. I must have dozed off because when I opened my eyes my father was standing at my opened door.

"If she is pregnant then why is she here?" My father asked slightly angered.

"Because when we are away she has nightmares. We couldn't leave her behind plus she is the queen." Justin spoke calmly. I sat up and jumped out of the car. Daniel walked around the car with my tiara that seemed like it shrunk. I stepped forward and lowered my furry head for him to place to the tiara on me. I didn't have to look in the mirror to know that the tiara would be tiny. I looked up at Daniel and gave him a wolf smile.

-How long will we be here for?- I asked.

-Three days at most. I know you will crave the comfort of the palace soon enough.- Daniel answered. He was right though. I wanted the comfort of my home. I turned to find other Alpha's looking at me. I gave a small growl to make it known that I was uncomfortable. Justin appeared at my side and I moved closer to him as Daniel talked to the other Alpha's.

-It's okay. I won't let anyone harm you or our baby.- Justin's voice was calming. I am one lucky wolf. I have two amazing mates that love and care for me just I love and care for them. Justin and I walked inside the large building where the meeting would be held.

-The workers here have taken your bags to our room. Would you like to rest for a bit before the first meeting starts?- Justin nudged me softly. I didn't need my suitcase now. I won't need any clothes for another two to three months.

-I would like to rest, please. Do wolves have one pup or a litter?- I asked quietly.

-Usually one or two. Mum had two sets of twins. Lilly and Rose, Daniel and I.- I let out a breath that I didn't know that I was holding. I could handle one or two but a whole litter was beyond me. I would lose control. We had entered a smallish room. I figured that the rooms here would be smaller than the ones back home. I climbed on the bed and padded around to get comfy before carefully lying down and falling asleep. -Wake me up before the meeting please.- I say to Justin before sleep takes over.
